Exceptional Customer Service! Although I rarely write reviews, my experience with Sicily Moto Rent exceeded expectations and compelled me to share. Having rented scooters on holidays multiple times, I've often encountered less-than-ideal service. However, this was not the case here. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing guidance on the best routes to take. The pick-up process was seamless and professional, and the scooter was as described. What truly sets this company apart is their outstanding service after the rental period. I returned the scooter on a Sunday, when the shop was closed, and accidentally left my wallet, including my ID, in the seat compartment before heading to the airport. Upon realizing my mistake, I called the emergency number and explained my situation. The owner immediately coordinated with his staff, who went above and beyond by heading to the office on their day off and delivering my wallet to me at the airport, which was about 40 minutes away. Thanks to their flexibility and dedication to customer satisfaction, I was able to board my flight with my wallet in hand.
