Hands down, the biggest highlight of my last trip to Jalisco was the Escapada de la Ciudad tour I did with the rental shop. Riding through the agave fields in the mountains above Lago de Chapala felt like flying, and the pit stop to try the local birria and personal tour through historic Ajijic was just magical. I appreciated how flexible the ride was as well around what I was wanting to see and how much off-road I was wanting to do. If you have a day to spare in Guadalajara - I highly recommend taking a moto tour with this magnificent couple!
