The motorcycle was in good condition and completely reliable throughout my journey, which made a big difference on a long ride. I'm especially grateful to the team for going above and beyond when I accidentally left my passport in my luggage. They made the extra effort to get it all the way to me in Agra, which I truly appreciate - that level of service is rare and says a lot about their professionalism and care for their customers. I recently had the opportunity to rent a motorcycle from the rental shop for a road expedition across Uttarakhand and found the experience highly commendable. The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 CC EFI BS6 provided by the rental shop was exceptionally well maintained and operated reliably, even in challenging hill terrain. Rented a EF Himalayan 450 bc from the rental shop for 5 weeks and drove from Delhi to Bangalore on the motorbike. A very good experience. I had no problem with the motorbike and the whole transfer of the motorbike from Bangalore back to Delhi went smooth; the team handled it all - my only tasks were to deliver the motorbike to carrier and take some pictures. The handover also went smooth; the side back (panniers) got a few scratches (people in India don't know how to keep distance), and some other stuff but the team looked at it and said "it should be no problems - nothing is broken". So paying a little higher daily renting fee is definitely worth it if you want to be sure that you are treated well. So if you want a good company with a good reputation I can warmly recommend the rental shop.

I really had a great experience with the rental shop. A staff member is a fantastic person who helped me choose the right motorbike and assisted me throughout the process, even suggesting the proper itinerary. He was very supportive and patient. The motorbike (RE 350 classic) was good and well maintained. I dropped off the motorbike at my hotel which was a great plus that allowed me to avoid a lot of Delhi traffic. I strongly suggest the rental shop if you plan a motorcycle trip in India.

I thank the rental shop for making my travel dream come true. My wife and I rode their motorbike across India for over 3000km from Delhi to Mumbai without any problems. If I return to India I will use their services again.
