I had the absolute best motorcycle experience in Peru thanks to the rental shop. The motorcycle was in top condition. The staff helped me with creating the route and which roads to take so I could see all the highlights and ride the most scenic roads. I did 3300km on a Honda cbx500 by myself through deserts with stunning views over the ocean, across the pampas seeing vicuñas, finally taking me through the Andes. The roads recommended to me were in top condition making it very pleasant to ride. The food was amazing everywhere I went, accommodation was easily arranged on the day itself and the people were friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Highly recommend the rental shop! I had the motorbike for 3 days, rode over 400 miles with zero issues. The process of picking up and returning the motorbike was easy and pleasant. If you're looking to explore Peru on two wheels, this is the way to do it.
Our trip through Peru started at the rental shop in Lima. We had reserved two Honda cb500x. The owner of the rental shop prepared the motorbikes and paperwork with great care. We did not experience any problems with the motorbikes the whole trip. They were in great condition and they were the perfect motorbikes for this adventure trip. On our trip we visited: Lima, Pisco, Nazca, Andarmarca, Lucanas, Pampachiri, Anbancay, Huanipaca, Cuzco, Quillabamba, Kepashiato, Kimbiri, Huanta, Huancayo, Santa Cruz de Cocachacra, and back to Lima. We traveled 2800 km on these motorbikes and the highest altitude was 4930 meters on the Colquepucro mountain area. The Peruvian people in the mountain areas don't speak much English, but they are friendly and very willing to help you. In all of Peru it is easy to find hostels, food and gasoline on google. If you are into adventure riding on motorbikes, then we can recommend the rental shop. The motorbikes are in very good condition and our requests and all our questions were answered on short notice. I hope this review gives you a nice overview of our trip and our experience of our trip in Peru on motorbike.
We rented 3 Honda CB500X motorcycles for a 19-day tour of Peru. The motorcycles were delivered serviced, with new tires, a tire repair kit, a spare inner tube, and chain oil, and were ideal for all types of terrain we encountered. Contact with the rental shop staff was easy, and the service before, during, and after the trip was excellent! I recommend the rental shop to all two-wheeled adventurers who want to explore Peru!
Reliable Motorcycle Rental in Lima - Highly Recommended! In February 2025, I rented a motorcycle from the rental shop in Lima for two weeks to embark on a round trip alone to Pucallpa (Costa-Sierra-Selva). It was my first experience riding a motorcycle in South America, and it couldn't have been better. Booking Process: The reservation was simple and efficient. From the very beginning, I received clear and transparent information, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Motorcycle Quality: I rented a Honda CB500X, and it was absolutely reliable. The bike's performance and weight were more than sufficient for a journey like this- or perfect. The tires were new and suitable for both off-road and street riding. Throughout the entire tour, I encountered no technical issues, which is crucial for such a demanding route. Service & Communication: The customer service was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, patient, helpful, and solution-oriented. Every question was answered quickly and competently, making the whole experience stress-free. Price-Performance Ratio: Given the high quality of the motorcycle, the rental price was absolutely fair. There were no hidden costs, and everything was handled transparently. One suggestion for improvement: offering a full-coverage insurance option would have been ideal, as it would have saved me the effort of finding suitable coverage myself. Overall Impression: As a rider accustomed to European roads, I initially had concerns about the driving style of local road users, motorcycle theft, and robbery. However, I quickly adapted-a proactive and defensive riding style is essential. Generally, thieves are not interested in larger motorcycles (>400cc). Theft or robbery is not an issue as long as you follow the usual safety precautions, just as you would in Europe. Special Highlights: Since I experienced no issues at all, I can't comment on goodwill policies-which in itself speaks volumes about the quality and professionalism of the rental shop. Recommendation: I can highly recommend the rental shop in Lima. If you're looking for a reliable, well-maintained motorcycle for an adventure in Peru, this is the place to go. Final Words: Big thanks to the staff - I would (and definitely will soon) rent here again without hesitation!
