Valentina was very helpful and made the rental of the GSA for the week in Tuscany very easy. Great motorbike (1250) in good condition condition. Pickup and drop off was an easy process.

The most amazing way to see Italy is by motorbike and Valentina from Hertz Ride made it simple. She was more than helpful when investigating which motorbike to hire, made alternative suggestions etc…when the day hit and i landed in Italy, it was a quick 10min trip to the office where i was greeted with a warm smile and both hello and ciao. Valentina eased my mind about hiring an adventure motorbike which was significantly larger than the one i own and now, looking back on it, i thank her for her expertise. The BMW 1300 GS was perfect for travelling from Florence to Pescaglia and day trips to Lucca, Pisa & Le Spezia, whether on the twisties or freeways - the motorbike was perfect. Going to many tourist destinations was also great. I packed the luggage bags with everything i needed, i was able to park nice and close to many destinations (many close to if not in LVT zones - motorbike parking is free in many cases unlike cars). All in all, thanks again to Valentina and Hertz Hire - 100% recommend!

Had an amazing experience with Hertz Ride in Florence! Renting the Moto Morini was super easy, and it was the perfect way to explore Tuscany all the way to Lucca. Valentina was incredibly kind and made sure everything went smoothly. Can’t wait to come back!

Me and my wife were on our 15yr anniversary trip and to top it off we were set to go to the mugello motogp race on the back half of the trip. All establishments were fully booked for motorcycle rentals except Hertz Ride. They accommodated us last minute with a great motorbike for the hills of Tuscany.
