I rented a scooter and drove from the city to a nearby town. You have a lot more freedom to go to places where the locals go to and get out of tourist traps.

Rented the Cafe Racer for the weekend for a trip to a nearby destination and loved the freedom that having my own wheels gave me to get around & sightsee in my destination. It's an awesome little motorbike, was well maintained, & worked great. The owner and his staff were both great to deal with and went out of their way to be accommodating. Definitely recommend and would rent from the rental shop again.

What a nice ride! We rented a scooter at the rental shop and are willing to share the good experience we had. The staff was kind and professional, the little scooter made the distance at maximum speed of 55km/h (we were 2 adults sitting on that little blue scooter). We went to a nearby town on the first day and to a cenote near another town on the second day, without any problems. I would strongly recommend the rental shop: Good service, Professional way of doing business and Willing to help. The ride includes helmet and basic insurance coverage. For the price it's a win. Fantastic service, great motorbike. The rental shop made it so easy. I was jonsing for a ride, watching everybody scoot around on motorcycles. I've been here for a week visiting family and most of my cousins ride. I was able to rent the Honda XRE for a trip out to the coast and through the back roads. The motorbike was perfect. It handled fantastic and I will definitely be renting again when I'm back.
