The best experience business with the rental shop nice staff they explained nicely talk nicely the only thing is they give 2l petrol and say 3l other everything is fine nice do not think just go and get your motorbike and ride safe we book rtr 200 it was so smooth and very nice to drive and I don't know about other motorbikes or scooters but our motorbike it was on full service but the speed sensor is not working other all ok just go and visit once

We hired a scooty and used it to visit Lamahata and Darjeeling. Overall, the scooty was in reasonably good and manageable condition throughout the trip. It is advisable to take more than one test ride before finalizing the vehicle, whether it is a scooty or a motorbike. In my case, the horn was not working initially, but the issue was addressed immediately by the staff. You should be prepared to invest some time during the handover process to thoroughly check the vehicle. Unfortunately, the phone holder broke midway through the journey. Although it was already old and worn out, we were charged the full amount for the damage. The staff are highly professional and follow very strict policies. While they do not make any monetary adjustments for unused fuel, they instead provide extra fuel, which can be inconvenient to carry during travel. Additionally, the garage is located slightly far—approximately 6 km from Siliguri Junction. Reaching the location by toto typically costs around ₹150–₹200, which is an additional expense to keep in mind. Overall, the experience was decent, but a more flexible approach toward minor issues, wear and tear, and logistical convenience could significantly improve customer satisfaction.
