The staff, especially the girl at the shop, was incredibly helpful and friendly—definitely 20/10! She made sure everything was well-coordinated. The scooter was in great condition, and I had a fantastic time exploring the city. I dropped off the scooter in front of the reception and left the keys and helmets at the front desk, which was easy and convenient. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Palermo! Highly recommended!
