Royal Enfield Himalayan

A mixed experience. The first time was a real treasure hunt. We only found out where to pick up the motorcycle at the last minute, which was very unsettling. The motorcycle provided wasn't the one we had reserved, but a taller model less suited to our needs. On the other hand, the telephone support was good (when someone finally answered after several unsuccessful attempts).

I bought a brand new Royal Enfield Meteor 650 from the rental shop. Excellent service and advice. They were very accommodating, storing the motorcycle for me as my license was delayed quite a bit. I highly recommend the rental shop; they are very friendly and professional.

Very friendly welcome. I bought a used Himalayan at a very reasonable price. The battery was dead, and they replaced it without me even asking, rather than recharging it. They also bled the brakes; the motorbike is like new. Very satisfied with my purchase and the team's kindness!

Fantastic service today for the delivery of my little Benda! They offered coffee, and the owner and staff took the time to chat and show us the other models. In short, for my first brand new motorcycle, I highly recommend the rental shop and their team! Thank you! ✌️

I had a mixed experience with the rental shop. First of all the information for pickup was confusing. Different addresses on the website compared to an email received just before pickup. The information on how to get into an underground parking could have been much clearer. The info on how to retrieve the gear and keys was only in French so I had to rely on a poor google translate to figure it out. The helmets we had booked were just sized randomly and not chosen. When we finally had the gear and bike, the bike chain was the driest I have ever seen, and I had to tension it about 3 cm (!) before riding. It had clearly not been checked by staff. First hour was spent finding chain lube. (Upon return it turned out there was lube by the cleaning supplies, only needed when returning...) Returning went smoother as I knew the deal. Otherwise the bike worked well and I had no other issues. Hope they improve the details about maintenance and all will be well! :)
