- This motorbike requires a licence category A1 or B (car) issued 3 years ago, or equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years old to rent it with 12 months scooter driving experience.

I had a great experience renting a motorcycle from the rental shop. The staff were professional, honest, and very friendly. Unlike many other rental companies, they didn't ask for any deposit, which really shows how trustworthy they are. The motorcycle was in excellent condition and everything was explained clearly. I definitely recommend the rental shop and would rent from them again without hesitation.
The scooter was in a good condition, communication was always prompt and friendly. They were very flexible and very reliable with the drop off and pick up of the scooter (they dropped off and picked up the scooter at our rental apartment). We'll definitely consider them next time we are in Playa del Carmen.
Saw an ad late into our vacation for scooter rentals and figured i'd give it a go. HIGHLY recommend the rental shop. Sent a message and within an hour a scooter was dropped off at our resort and $45 bucks cash two signatures and NO other hidden fees later and my wife and I were zooming around Playa Del Carmen on a Suzuki Burgman 125cc. We had a blast and wish we would of rented one for the entire week had we'd known! As obvious as it may be on the way to the resort, riding in the area comes with maybe a little extra required skill. Be courteous to locals stay to the right if going slower and ride with caution. Finding motorbike parking we found was very tricky but again I cant recommend the experience enough!
Very friendly and helpful. However, the scooter had technical issues while idling. The engine frequently stalled at traffic lights.
