The booking process was straightforward, the pickup was quick, and everything was explained clearly. The scooter was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and a pleasure to ride around Prague for the day. What impressed me most was the value for money. Their pricing is extremely competitive and, in my opinion, among the best in Prague for the quality of service and equipment you receive. Excellent customer service. They all speak English. Instructions and advices also available in English. Everyone is so attentive and nice. There is a 24hs WhatsApp in case of emergency We requested a Vespa for the same day and they made it possible! =D Would definitely recommend and will come back!
