Excellent experience from start to finish! Renting a Vespa with the rental shop was incredibly easy and hassle-free. The booking process was straightforward, the pickup was quick, and everything was explained clearly. The scooter was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and a pleasure to ride around the city for the day. What impressed me most was the value for money. Their pricing is extremely competitive and, in my opinion, among the best in the city for the quality of service and equipment you receive. It's hard to find a better combination of affordability and quality. The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. The team on site was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. From the initial enquiry to returning the scooter, the experience was seamless and professional. If you're looking to rent a scooter in the city, I highly recommend the rental shop. Excellent customer service. They all speak English. Instructions and advices also available in English. Everyone is so attentive and nice. Great place to rent a scooter! 1st time riding one and they were really helpful. Made me get adjusted to it and gave me loads of pointers. Was really quick and easy too. Would highly recommend and is a great way to get around Prague. Great service and great selection of scooters!

After our rental with another company fell through the morning of we quickly found this place on Google. They were very responsive over text and overall made the rental process incredibly easy. The vespa performed quite well getting both me and my girlfriend all around town and up many steep hills. The price was very good for the day and we really appreciated being able to bring it back after they closed.

We booked 3 scooters (fuel) from the rental shop. They had EV options as well that required no Driving Licenses. The price, the service, everything was great. We had metro tickets bought for 3 days which we didn't use at all. Scooter is the best way to enjoy Prague to the max!!! Also they were one of the only people who entertained us on a Sunday and provided scooters on such a short notice (around 1 hour) that too without any extra costs. I really recommend the rental shop! We had the best time. The staff is also really great.

We couldn't find the shop at first because Maps wasn't showing it correctly. The scooter rental is located at: Pod Plynojemem 9, 180 00 Prague 8. The service was great, the young man explained everything perfectly, and we were able to drop off the scooters at night even though the shop was closed. This meant we weren't rushed and could explore Prague at night. Highly recommended! A great rental service and it was a lot of fun.

Top in every way! You book online, and receive confirmation by email and also via WhatsApp with helpful directions to the pick-up location. The scooter was picked up in 10 minutes, and they even quickly installed a convenient smartphone holder for our GPS. The staff were very friendly and the price was really low. For €24, I had the scooter for the whole day, unlimited mileage, and was able to visit the castles outside the city. Total gas cost was just under €5. Recommended!

Amazing experience through and through. Transparent communication on the phone, very very knowledgeable lady on the counter serving us, the mechanic that showed us to the motorbike asked for our intentions to recommend the best motorbike for us. I recently rented a Suzuki GS500 while visiting Prague and had a very enjoyable experience. The rental process was easy and efficient, the staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was solid. The GS500 brought back memories, as it was the first mid-sized motorbike I owned. I was thrilled to find a rental at such an affordable price, especially for a proper mid-sized motorbike. The motorbike itself was mechanically safe and handled well throughout the ride. That said, the engine did make a noticeable “coffee grinder” noise – definitely a sign that it’s time for a valve clearance check. Still, it didn’t impact the safety or reliability of the ride in any way. Thanks a lot Just Scoo ! P.S: bring your own helmets

Wow. This is the way to see Prague ! The scooter I rented was perfect. Ran awesome. ( Yamaha tri city 125). The directions they give you explain everything and it makes it quite easy to explore all the sites of the beautiful city of Prague ….The overall experience was perfect. From renting to returning. I enjoyed the sites I saw after renting a scooter. I opted for the Northern castle route and the app and directions given by the store. The price to rent the scooter.and take the tour was very reasonable. Alex set me up with the scooter at the store, going over the controls, etc. The scooter itself worked well. I was able to tour the area North of Prague without difficulty. Drop off after hours was easy as well. I did have some issues trying to make a reservation. I'm not sure if it was because I was from the United States of America. I was able to contact the store using WhatsApp and discuss my needs. The only other issue was that Alex did not show me the safety equipment in the front compartment. I found it by accident when I was going over the scooter on my own. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my scooter rental and will certainly rent from Just Scoo again when I return to Prague.

A really good, but hard to find it, because so many roads are under construction. If you want to rent a motorbike you need to do it latest on friday for the weekend. The lady on the Service desk is very kind and helpful.
