Very communicative and understanding staff. Got a very good deal on the X-cape650, and had an amazing time riding to Montserrat. Motorbike was brand new and had zero issues. Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience renting a scooter in Barcelona! The guys were super friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Everything was arranged quickly and easily via WhatsApp, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. All in place, no hassle — highly recommended! 🌟🛵

Rental experience itself was really good and staff were really friendly. We got almost new 125cc scooters for two days and the scooters were really good for what we needed. Pick-up and return went easily in BCN. But.... Otherwise I would give 5 stars, but they take your deposit as a payment. Also they say that they will return the deposit in 10 working days. Truth is, and this is what they said when I asked them later: they will return it only after 10 working days. So i my case it was 17 days later when I finally received it back to my account. Please change this Jota Cafe, otherwise your service would have been great. But handling deposits this way is not a way to do business. If motorbike is ok, deposit should be released immediately.

Booked a 125 scooter for a weekend, when I arrived I asked if I could get a larger scooter as I wanted to travel further outside Barcelona, the staff were excellent and managed to get a larger motorbike ( it was a busy weekend due to the Moto GP with limited options) motorbike was fine and did exactly what I needed it to do, transaction on hiring and returning was simple a quick. Couple of tips:- Told that deposit can take up to 10 days to return, I emailed on day 13 as nothing had been received, got email back within an hour to confirm deposit had been released ( this may just been an oversight) I took a full detailed video of the scooter with mileage and all scratches, tyre condition etc and shared it with Jota via WhatsApp, did the same in return and that way both parties have the same information if there was to an issue later…which there wasn’t. I also think they are the only hire company for motorbikes open 7 days a week with long hours which gives comfort.

I've had such a great experience with jota motorcycle cafe rental service. I recently rented out a motorbike for my wife&I for a couple of days to ride around spains beautiful coast line, I booked online which was simple and on the day a lovely lady called Diana contacted me and explained everything I need to do to get the code to unlock the box to access the keys to the motorbike, again really simple. So I didn't get the exact motorbike I asked for but the motorbike provided was just as good as I expected. We had Brixton 500 crossfire, it had brand new tyres on and rode really well, We had some fantastic fun on it and it made me smile alot. On returning the motorbike again really easy,rode the motorbike back to where we picked up, locked up, took some pics and sent them to Diana, again her communication was excellent. I'm just waiting for my deposit to come back which hopefully with no tickets or fines should be returned soon. We will definitely use this company again when we next visit, which hopefully will be soon many thanks to Diana and Jota motorcycle cafe.
