I was reluctant to rent a motorcycle internationally, but Denis at Hertz gave me confidence in their service. I was not disappointed. They delivered the select motorcycle, not an alternative, to the airport (Vienna) in a very timely manner. It only had 3,000 km on it; basically brand new. The drop off process was just as easy. I would use Hertz again with zero hesitation or concern due to their great customer service and quality rental equipment. I will be riding through the rest of Europe using Hertz. Tony

Great Service from Denis always ready to help out. Great help setting motorbikes up for our needs. Collected motorbikes from Vienna which is an ideal location for our ride. The motorbikes are 2024 models and top spec. Had no issues at all with the motorbikes. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting a top spec motorbike for touring. Will return again 👍👍

Hired a BMW S1000XR from Denis and Max at Hertz ride Vienna. The service was excellent on pickup, very helpful and super friendly. Rode the motorbike through the alps and dropped off in Milan. This was my second hire with Hertz Ride and I recommend them very highly.

Was in Vienna for a few days without an agenda, found this Hertz location which rents motorcycles. Talked with Denis- he runs the show for the motorcycle equipment and he is doing an outstanding job. He set me up on a BWM GS1250 the next day for a one day rental. I rode almost 250km in most of the weather Austria has to offer, and had a great ride. BTW, Hertz will rent you a helmet and gloves, and I rented helmet which was brand new though was not a perfect fit for my melon. 5 stars for Denis and Hertz Ride despite this.

Certainly best service possible for motorcycle rental. They give you a motorbike thats current or recent model kitted out with the best of accessories. Mine had quick shifter, proper solid very thick walled BMW panniers and top box. None of that after market knock offs. Heated grips, emergency call button, fully comprehensive insurance. There was nothing I missed. Also plenty of kilometres without charge, more than enough plenty of riding. The executive who handled my rental went out of his way to ensure all goes well on my holiday. Overall excellent value for money.

I had a wonderful experience renting a motorcycle from Hertz Ride in Vienna. The store was operated by Denis, who was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He showed me the different models of motorcycles available, explained the features and benefits of each one, and helped me choose the best one for my needs. He also gave me some tips on places to go and things to see. The motorcycle I rented was a KTM 1290 Super Adventure, which was in excellent condition. It had plenty of luggage space. It was perfect for riding around Austria. The rental process was very easy and convenient. I booked online through the Hertz Ride website, where I found all the information I needed about the prices, terms, and conditions. The website was very user-friendly. I received a confirmation email with all the details of my reservation. When I arrived at the store, Denis greeted me and checked my documents. He then gave me the keys, and through in a mobile holder :). The return process was also very simple and fast. I just dropped off the motorcycle at the store, dropped off the keys, and I was done. Safety deposit amount was immediately refunded, top class service👍👍 Highly recommended and I will be back again.

I rented a motorcycle BMW F750GS in April 9th (2022) on Saturday at 10:00 in the morning. Motorcycle was in very good condition. The weather was cold, but at least it didn't rain. +5 °C in the middle of the day in Schlagl (Eastern Austria). Heated grips did their job. I had an excellent experience. Everything was smooth, no delays, no misunderstandings. Thanks to Denis Music who explained everything I need to know on rental terms and use of the motorcycle. Also thanks to the other staff who helped me to remove stucked screw of my personal RAM mount in Sunday's morning. Highly professional service. I wish them to keep this level of service! Denis was very much cooperative and helpful When I came to pickup my motorcycle, I found well maintained motorcycle and good looking with 7,000 km only... Brand new. Decided to rent a motorbike on a Sunday and had no problem with the reservation. Had it for 24 hours which allowed for a very comfortable excursion outside of Vienna. About the motorbike, there is not much to be said, BMW less than a year old completely new man what an experience. I will definitely choose them again, thank you for the 5 star service.

I’ve rented motorcycles all over the world and this has been by far the best experience! Denis helped me sort out a motorbike online in just an email or two. When I arrived to Vienna, Max got me in and out of the rental place in 15 minutes. The motorcycle was in amazing condition with brand new high end Michelin tires on the machine. (There is Nothing worse then renting a nice motorbike with worn down or cheap tires - I’ve had this happen before from other countries) I will absolutely be renting from Hertz again when I come back to Europe. A++ experience!

We rented a BMW GS 800 from Hertz Vienna for a 11 day trip to Croatia. All communication was smooth from the very beginning, Denis was always proactive and fast to respond. During the trip we had a little accident with another motorcycle and our side case broke. Denis tried to find solutions and contacted us himself, asking if we’re okay. Hello everyone. I rented from Hertz Vienna a Ktm 890 r for 3 days, the motorcycles are almost new,it s all comes with full luggage set, it had a few thousand km, Denis the salesman is very nice, thorough, helpful, he explains everything, he helps in everything, there are no hidden costs in the contract, I think they have very reasonable prices even compared to other rental companies . A very fair settlement. The good point for me is that you can return the motorbike at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The other good point is that you can call Denis at any time if you have a flat tire, an accident or you just need information and he is a good safety net. Overall, a very fair company, I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a motorcycle stress-free. If I need it, I will definitely choose them again. Thanks Denis. Best regards, Istvan.
