I cannot recommend the rental shop enough. The customer service skills are outstanding. The staff was so helpful from start to finish, a total pleasure to deal with and was so prompt and helpful in answering all my questions, including when I was away in the middle of my adventure. I had a fabulous Alps tour on an almost new BMW R 1300 GS, and was so impressed with how the motorbike performed especially taking 100's of hairpins in the Dolomites. It's definitely my go to motorbike when I rent again. Thanks again for looking after me so well. I'm going to recommend the rental shop to all my biking buddies in Ireland!

My husband and I rented our motorcycle from the rental shop from Sunday to Wednesday. The place was super close to the airport, which made things really easy for us. The fact that they were open on Sunday was a big plus. The staff welcomed us with a smile - our motorbike was ready and looked absolutely amazing! It was my first time riding, so I was pretty excited (and a little nervous). The staff carefully picked out all our gear and made sure we were set for the trip. Once I got on the motorbike, I started to relax a bit. We were really happy with both the motorbike and the equipment we rented. I had an amazing experience with the rental shop from day one. The process of collecting the motorbike was smooth and professional, and returning it was just as easy. The motorbike was perfectly clean and well-maintained when I received it. I rode almost 4,000 km over 22 days without a single issue - it was completely reliable throughout my entire trip. The rental shop is a top notch operator that helped us plan our 3 week motorbike tour of the Alps months before arriving in Germany from our home in Australia. Everything ran perfect, the near new BMW GS1300 was a great weapon of choice for 2 up riding with comfort and performance to suit all the conditions we encountered, never missing a beat. We had so much fun exploring the magnificent Alps thanks to the rental shop and their team going over and beyond the rental agreement to make our holiday fantastic!

This is my second consecutive year renting from Stephan Ruhle, and it is evident why his company boasts a 5-star rating. This was the first time renting a motorcycle in Europe, so was a little apprehensive about exactly what I would find. I got Stephan's name from advrider.com so that helped give me some confidence that Stephan was trustworthy and had a good operation, with good service and motorbikes. That turned out to be absolutely true! Stephan was just fantastic to work with. I couldn't have asked for more. The motorbike and he were right there when I got to the hotel after flying into Munich from the US. All the extra accessories I wanted he had set up, the motorbike was clean and in perfect working condition. The hotel (Alarun) was also really nice with a great breakfast for the next day, and they kept my bags for about two weeks while I rode through the Alps and other areas. During the next few days I had multiple questions I wanted to ask Stephan as I got used to the gear, nav system, signage and different rules of the road compared to the US. Stephan took all my calls and was always helpful, friendly, and really knowledgeable. And it was clear to me that, if I got into a problem situation, Stephan would be there to help, no doubt. Bottom line: I absolutely would recommend Stephan and, if I do another motorcycle trip in Europe, he'll be the first I'd call.

Hired a 1290 KTM and clothing in July 2023 from Munch. The motorbike was amazing and the jacket, pants boots and gloves were are top rate.. Service was great and English was no problem. I will hire a motorbike here again..

I decided to rent a motorcycle for my vacation and was able to find a great deal at Motorradvermietung Hamburg/München. I was able to get my motorcycle for a great price and it was delivered to me in just a few days. The customer service was great and I had a great experience riding the motorcycle on my vacation. It was just amazing, from booking to dropping off. Behind this rental there is a competent team who understand exactly what a motorcyclist wants. It was all straightforward, easy and perfect. I wanted to spontaneously rent a motorcycle and spend a day exploring the beautiful Bavarian region and this worked out really well. The handover was just as easy as the return. All my requests were spontaneously taken into account and it was just great fun.
