Amazing service. He speaks good English and we communicated all the time on WhatsApp, he responded super fast. Delivered the motorbike to my accomodation and picked it up from there. Very helpful and nice. Would always rent again there. But be aware of the crazy driving in Vietnam, especially in a big city like Hanoi. It's dangerous. And you need an international A license

I was very happy to rent motorbike from Hiep for my whole staying in Vietnam !. I even went by motorbike from Hanoi to Cat Ba Island 😁😌 This is 130 km way, and Hiep gave me better model for long distance, equipped me with great helmet, and phone holder for using Google maps. Also, he was extremely kind to let me leave my endless plastic begs with souvenirs and dresses which I didnt need at his home 🙏🙇🏻‍♀️ All his family was so friendly and helpful !!! I want to visit Vietnam again, for doing Loop, and I will definitely rent the motorbike from Hiep again 😃 Thank you one more time !.

Hiep is so nice. Very fast response, 150k a day instead of ~250k at the predatory Old Town locations... I got a good condition 110cc scooter. Logistics were smooth and he even dropped me off when I returned the scooter. I definitely recommend supporting a genuine local man.

Rented a Honda Future from Hiep for 2 weeks to travel around Ha Giang region from Hanoi. The motorbike performed well without any issues throughout the journey and what I'm truly satisfied with is Hiep's excellent customer service, gentle character and honesty. Offered me a good daily rate and I paid the rental fee for 15 days and deposit via Wise and he paid me back the deposit in cash (my request) promptly once I returned the motorbike. He even helped to arrange transport for me to the airport and he was contactable via WhatsApp thorough my journey and replies very quickly too! Highly recommended!
