We just completed a 4 day 3 night Jeep Tour with our driver. It was excellent in all aspects. The driver was informative, friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. The tour itself was also phenomenal, it's beautiful. The driver is safe, going along the narrow roads. We were too nervous to get on the back of a motorbike, so the Jeep was the perfect solution. There was just 2 of us on the Jeep tour, which meant we could stay longer at some spots if we wanted, which was perfect. Overall I couldn't recommend the rental shop and the driver enough. We even used the hostel the night before and it was a welcoming atmosphere.

I have done many motorbike loops all over Vietnam and Southeast Asia, and this was definitely one of the best experiences ever, because of my guide. I was riding my own motorbike and was going to do the 4 day loop tour with a group.. but after I met and spent one day with the guide, I asked the company if I could continue with a private tour with him. He was the absolute best guide I could have ever asked for, and made my adventure the absolute best, taking the best photos and videos of me with his own phone, and sharing stories and meals with me all day every day. I didn't feel like a client, but more like a brother. If you want the best and most personal experience possible, you should definitely message the rental shop and request this guide. Booked the four-day loop tour with the rental shop. Luxury sleeper bus from Hanoi was included, then we stayed in Ha Giang a day. The 50cc motorbikes were perfect because we wanted to drive ourselves. Plenty of power for the hills and well maintained. Perfect for us, as advanced motorbike drivers. The USB charger was nice to charge our phones for all the pics and videos. Our guide was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable and fun guide, great English. Tailored the route to our private group, lots of side trails and cool cultural experiences. Also included boat tour Nho Que River. Overall, highly recommended to go with the rental shop. The homestay accommodations were comfortable, basically like budget boutique resorts. The food was incredible. Total price for four days of riding was less than $300usd, with lots of extras. Zero complaints, what an excellent excellent excellent trip. We're going on another trip, and we'll be contacting the rental shop again. 10/10

Did the 4 day 3 nights tour with an easy rider. Great guy, super safe and amazing motorbike rider. Spoke good English so could inform about the region well and was very funny also. The tour is really great. Small group size which makes a big difference. Amazing site seeing. Really good amount of food everyday and nice places to stay and have fun in the evening. For the price it's absolutely worth it. Communication is great with the company and they can help organise buses for you to wherever you need to go or come from. They'll look after your bags too whilst on the tour. I will definitely come back to do the loop again for sure and when I do I will only choose the rental shop.

Just completed a 3-day loop solo self drive on the rental shop's smallest motorbike Sym 50cc and the experience was great. For anyone wondering: YES we got stopped by the police, YES they let us through with no ticket or problem at all and YES the motorbike was powerful enough to go anywhere we wanted (even some pretty steep hills). The motorbike is tuned for better performance, so we were able to keep up with the tours. The rental shop also gave us correct information about the police checkpoints and stored our bags safely. All motorbikes are visibly well maintained and they made sure to do a complete service on our Syms before we got going. I have ridden a scooter before but not a semi-auto, we even got a crash course on how to control the motorbikes before we got on the road. Contrary to this we visited a few other places and it is quite hard to find a reliable place to rent a motorbike in Ha Giang as most places only rent to the tours and/or are complete scammers (selling you fake fines in case you would get stopped by the police etc...).
