Our experience with the rental shop was excellent. The entire process was easy and hassle-free from start to finish. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the rental. The motorcycles were late-model BMWs that were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition, which is incredibly important when renting a motorbike. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service really stood out. I cannot recommend the rental shop enough. The customer service skills are outstanding. The staff was so helpful from start to finish, a total pleasure to deal with and was so prompt and helpful in answering all my questions, including when I was away in the middle of my adventure. I had a fabulous Alps tour on an almost new BMW R 1300 GS, and was so impressed with how the motorbike performed especially taking 100's of hairpins in the Dolomites. It's definitely my go to motorbike when I rent again. Thanks again for looking after me so well. I'm going to recommend the rental shop to all my biking buddies in Ireland!

It was a fantastic day, we were a great group, and the staff did an amazing job guiding us through it. We experienced everything from sunshine to hail and torrential rain, but the training was truly excellent. From theory to practice, it was very informative. Even for experienced cyclists, the training can't hurt. You wouldn't believe how much you can still learn. I highly recommend taking it out on the road instead of on a training track! It was an incredible experience... Thank you!!

My husband and I rented our motorcycle from the rental shop from Sunday to Wednesday. The place was super close to the airport, which made things really easy for us. The fact that they were open on Sunday was a big plus. The staff welcomed us with a smile - our motorbike was ready and looked absolutely amazing! It was my first time riding, so I was pretty excited (and a little nervous). The staff carefully picked out all our gear and made sure we were set for the trip. Once I got on the motorbike, I started to relax a bit. We were really happy with both the motorbike and the equipment we rented. My husband is already thinking about his next trip and when he can rent another bike! Here are a few snapshots from our amazing ride. Thanks so much!

I rented a BMW 1300 GS from the rental shop for a guided tour with MotoVibes Tours to Norway in July 25, (By the way, that tour was fantastic!). The staff was completely awesome and totally patient with a new BMW rider, coming from a Harley he had his hands full kidding, he pointing out all the important details and provided a top notch motorbike (New) for the tour, it performed flawlessly and I truly enjoyed the ride. I can honestly say that the rental shop took care of all the details and everything was seamless. Perfect experience!

Excellent experience, the rental shop staff is both professional and kind, a minor problem came up and he was always attentive. Last year had a bad experience renting another motorbike in Zagreb, this year was totally different. Highly recommend using this service.
