I genuinely recommend this place for motorcycle rental. I had taken Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and motorbike was just amazing. Well maintained and serviced. Looked as new. I enjoyed riding a motorbike doing Mae Hong Son loop and couple of more rides around CM. Sincerely grateful to CBTT rental service for stunning experience.

Hired a Honda CB500 from CBTT for 5 days last month and it was brilliant from start to finish. The motorbike was in excellent condition and the staff (Ling and Craig) were really friendly and helpful. A big reason I chose them was that you can also hire proper riding gear (gloves, jacket, trousers etc.) and not just a helmet like most other places. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a motorbike in the Chiang Mai area.

We rented our motorbike for 6 days and extended it for another 2. After many years, we finally rode a Royal Enfield 350cc again - and this time the experience was like night and day compared to the used Enfield we once rode in India. Here, we received an almost brand-new motorbike. The motorbike served us perfectly throughout the entire trip. For the roads of Northern Thailand, it felt just right - powerful enough for our slow and relaxed ride while enjoying nature and every moment on the road. We truly recommend it to all "easy riders." Riding a motorbike here is something words can hardly describe. You experience so much more - a greater sense of freedom, hidden corners you would never see otherwise, and a far deeper connection with the journey itself. The roads felt noticeably safer than in India, and the traffic even seemed more relaxed than back home in Slovenia. The only thing that demands full attention is the left-side driving - it really requires 100% focus at all times. Everything on the motorbike worked flawlessly. The prices are very fair, and the overall service is a solid 5+. They are available anytime on WhatsApp and provide helpful local information. A big plus is the additional gear - helmets, jackets, and gloves - which you can borrow. Overall, a wonderful experience that made our Thailand touring even better.

I have just done a one day tour with CBTT. I have had a great day with them, the motorbikes are all well maintained and they have a motorbike for anyone. My guide was super knowledgeable of everything from every stop and he made sure we were having a good time throughout the day. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend anyone to try a tour with CBTT. Prices are very reasonable and fair. To me it was definitely money well spent!

This is the place to rent motorcycle gear in Chiang Mai. My friends and I spent the better part of a day calling around to different shops trying to find gear (boots, jacket, pants, gloves) and this is the only shop we could find that would rent them to us. When we arrived the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The prices are fair and they have a really great selection of different motorbikes so if you need a scooter to get around town during your stay or a CRF 250 or something for an off road weekend trip they can get you setup. Highly recommend them!

We was there in November 2025, the Store looks nice, clean and you got the opportunity to take a drink if you want. A good variety of motorbikes and of course you can take a tour through mountains &c. I got a Royal Enfield 350ccm, very nice motorbike I immediately asked if this motorbike is available in Europe. At the date due I met the owner, he was a very nice guy, very open minded and friendly I appreciate open minded people like him. And of course I like his Australian origin as well. :D Greets from Germany, absolutely recommend!

Great staff and very well maintained motorbikes. Ling and Jane were very helpful, kind and looked after me well. I hired a scooter for local travel, and for the same price as most other places, their motorbikes are newer and very well maintained, so I went for here to have confidence in what I was riding and also get keyless start. It's a proper motorbike shop so they do look after their motorbikes.

I rented a Himmy 450 from Randall and Phil, to take up to Nan, and the process was very smooth. Bike was in excellent condition and the team was extremely professional about the entire rental, even up to the return. CBTT has a diverse and well maintained range of motorbikes and I highly recommend them. Shop also has a big space for a test drive!

Had a great experience renting a scooter here! The staff were super friendly and professional, especially Ezra and Ling. Both were really helpful, spoke excellent English, and made the whole process smooth and easy. You can tell they genuinely care about giving good service. The motorbikes were brand new and I had no problems with them, you can tell that they look after them well. I also liked the laid-back vibe of the place, it’s run by Aussie lads who clearly know how to run a business without the stress. Would definitely rent from here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai

Very friendly and great new bikes!! No scams and good prices. We stumbled past this place and immediately had confidence that it would be an honest place to rent a good, and new motorbike from Unlike some others around the city trying to hassle you into some deal that you don’t want). We got a Honda PCX 160 with a storage box, which suited us as we wanted the big storage spaces it offered. The motorbike was great for an 8 day trip around the mountains to the east and to the south west of Chiang Mai. A big bonus was that they stored our large luggage at no extra cost for the duration of our rental. Highly recommend!

A very positve experience at CBTT. The staff were friendly, patient, and took time to answer all the questions I had about the process and the motorbike I was interested in. Communication was 100% and the staff spoke fluent English. The KLX 230 was flawless and performed beyond my expectations. I will definately use this shop again.

I wanted to rent a CT125 for the weekend and CBTT had one available at a fair price (500 baht/daily with a 5000 deposit). It was a fun new adventure. I had not ridden a geared motorbike before but they gave me a quick run through and it was much easier than I thought. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. I hope to return at some point to rent another one of their motorbikes or go on one of the tours. Thank you!

Look at all the amazing places we got to visit on our own schedule thanks to CLASSIC BIKE TOUR THAILAND! 👀 This is the most wonderful company to deal with. They have very beautiful motorbikes and the proper safety gear like helmets and jackets. The price is so reasonable. Only 300baht per day, and you can leave your passport for a deposit. Ling was so helpful with all of our planning and communication was A+!

A week on a motorcycle through northern Thailand, especially Pai, was truly an eye-opener. We rented a motorbike and immediately felt complete freedom. Pai amazed us with its winding mountain roads, green valleys, and panoramic views. We stopped wherever we wanted, soaking in the vibe of local cafés and markets. Pai Canyon and the rice fields left unforgettable impressions. The journey turned out to be far more vivid than regular tours — we became part of the local life and saw Thailand from a different perspective. If you have the chance, rent a motorbike and you won’t regret it!

Did rent a motorbike (Honda CRF300) after Christmas for around 16 Days. Everything -> contact, service, all employees, condition of motorbike, tires, etc. was very professional and just amazing. Even when i got a flat, they managed shortly to place a new sparetube at a hotel next to my location for pickup. It was so much fun to riding the north of Thailand on & off road - one of the very few that allows offroad with their motorbikes. Even some of the motorbikes are upgraded with premium parts like Öhlins susp. and sports-exhaust, etc. Thanks for everything. Highly recommended!!! BR Simon

Rental shop with Royal Enfield and other motorcycles with own service garage. Very kind people who really care about motorcycles. I can highly recommend! We rented an RE Classic 350 with saddle bags for a trip to Chiang Dao. It was a dream which came true, my first experience with RE. The motorbike was riding gently along the highways of the valley and was able to climb the steep roads of the mountain up and down. All with a nice thumping sound. We were able to keep our Honda PCX at the shop overnight and the owner offered me to repair some problems with the CVT. I hope the next time I can try again. I've seen RE Classic 350 Stealth Black/Halcyon Green, RE Hunter 350 Rebel Blue, RE Scram 411, Honda PCX 160, Honda NX500 and some others. Thank you!

These are the people you trust with your kids (while you go on a trip.) All staff are super friendly with genuine personal contact. The motorbike (NX500) I rented was the best motorbike I've driven so far too. Accessories, like helmets and gloves are in good condition, compared to what I've seen in other shops. All in all very satisfied with the overall experience.

Got a very new motorbike from them, it was a 125cc one, but powerful like 150 ones I’ve driven from Honda in the past. They make sure you get a thoroughly cleaned and shiny motorbike. The owner was a nice man, there were some small scratches on the silencer shaft which were not in my knowledge. Maybe someone brushed their vehicle in the parking lot during my time. They didn’t charge me any fine for that understanding it wasn’t my fault. Good business people, highly recommend.

Perfection all the way! After searching the internet for motorcycle tours for quite some time, we came across CBTT. This is the place to go in the blink of an eye! The owner and staff were very nice and responsive. The motorbike was in excellent condition and very comfortable to ride with a passenger. We took the two day, one night Pai tour with our exceptional guide Sirikorn (aka Peterpan) and had an amazing time! We discovered delicious Thai food specialties, learned a bit more about Thailand and saw breathtaking scenery while riding the Royal Enfield and feeling super safe all the way. I rented a Royal Enfield Hunter from them and had a great experience. Friendly staff, they gave me all the equipment I needed for a safe trip through the mountains, padded jacket, big helmet selection and gloves. If you want to rent a motorcycle or scooter in Chiang Mai, then this is the place to go. The owners and the staff were very welcoming and engaging and I enjoyed talking with them before and after my rental. I rented during a very busy festival time, but they still took all the time I needed to get prepared to go plus also gave me a list of great local sites to visit. The motorbike was excellent and was in near new and perfect condition. It looked like all of their inventory was in new condition and very well maintained. The owners are experienced motorcycle people and are fluent in English. Do yourself a favour and make this your motorbike rental company of choice when in Chiang Mai

Roger and his team at Classic Bike Tours Thailand are absolutely top rate! Excellent and well-maintained motorcycles - I loved the Royal Enfield Scram I rented for an 8 day expedition through Northern Thailand. There was one very minor mechanical issue that they fixed on the spot and after that it was smooth riding. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and variety. I will be back!

Definitely the best shop in Chiang Mai to hire a motorbike. High standard, new motorbikes, great people. The road motorbikes and scooters are very new and maintained in excellent condition, and their off-road equipped CRF300L and KLX230S are absolutely the best off road rental motorbikes you'll get in this town. Those motorbikes are fully kitted out for enduro with essentials such as upgraded handlebars, hand guards, radiator guards, skid plates etc: they are motorbikes which will not fall apart as soon as they see some mud. They also have great performance upgrades such as lightweight aftermarket exhausts and, on the CRF300L, Ohlins rear shocks. If you want to hire for off road or dual sport in Chiang Mai, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Additionally, the KLX230S are the low seat height version. So if you like to be able to get a foot down but you have short legs, these are a great option.

Best Chiang Mai rental by far!! We rented 2 CRF 300 and the motorbikes are awesome to go around the mountains in Chiang Mai. The motorbikes are not stock, they are modified and practically new, my friend got one with 44km on it. You have included good helmet, gloves and they even offer us motorbike jacket. We will be back for sure, 100% recommended.

I rent a motorbike for a few days to go to Chiang Rai. Everything was perfect and easy. The staff is very kind and helpful, the motorbike is in perfect condition. I picked up a Royal Enfield 350, a perfect fit for this trip. The roads are awesome. I really enjoyed riding these. They provide helmet, gloves and jacket, which is nice. I highly recommend CBTT. I'll definitely come again, next time with my own equipment for more comfort, and book a group ride. Thanks again for your kindness and this awesome experience 😃

Extraordinary, literally. Ordinary being what the usual Thai motorbike rental shop would have to offer: Go there, choose a ride, sign contract, pay, ride away, hopefully return yourself and the motorbike in one piece. At CBTT, they ask instead: "Where do you want to to go, what do you want to do?" You reply, and everything onward is a sincere mission to put those plans to action, enhance them even. You could even reply "No Idea", and the team would probably throw together a route better than whatever you could have come up with in the first place! They have a motorbike for every occasion, all in immaculate condition and with some neat aftermarket modifications too that make riding them even more fun; we're talking custom clutch- and brake-levers, bikepacking rigs, fun exhaust systems, etc. We went two-up on a CRF300 for one day of chasing through ricefield, gravel and mountain roads, followed the next day by a NX400 that took us comfortably all the way to Chiang Rai and back. We had the greatest time, not least thanks to the top tier motorbikes and amazing recommendations provided by the team!
