Rented a scoopy for a day with the rental shop, the staff was super responsive even though I texted an hour before pickup. Everything was explained thoroughly and transparently, including different models, pricing, and deposit. Pricing is affordable and caters to individual needs. Everything was well prepared upon arrival, paperwork was ready, and I received a copy of the contract and my passport without asking. Helmet, phone holder, and motorbike were all in good condition with no issues. The staff even helped with the process of getting on my train to Laos. They accepted USD equivalent for the deposit when I didn't have enough local currency. Deposit was returned smoothly.
