I recently rented two motorcycles from Moto Franka Rent—a BMW 1200GS and an F750GS—for a four-day trip around Zadar, We saw and went to the Plitvice Lakes and more. The service was top-notch. Almir personally delivered the motorbikes from Zagreb to Zadar, and even provided for alternate ways to do our deposit when our creditcards failed us which really helped us out. The motorcycles were in excellent condition, and he also provided helmets in multiple sizes to ensure a perfect fit for everyone. The ride through Croatia’s stunning landscapes, especially around Plitvice, was unforgettable. Moto Franka Rent made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. My wife and I came to Croatia to travel by motorcycle. We found Moto Franka was by far the most responsive to our requests. Almir and Marco were amazing to work with. When we arrived a day early, the motorbikes were ready and were absolutely spotless. Almir even set up a 14 day itinerary, that took us through Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Montenegro. They took care of us from start to finish as if we were family. They are just really great guys, and their service was second to none. They both just genuinely wanted to make sure that we had a great time!

5* to Moto Franka for making my bucket list trip possible. Almir was pleasant and easy to book with and available through the trip. He provided a beautiful, well equipped, and perfectly maintained yellow Moto Guzzi V85 (I did kind of fall in love with it). Moto Franka is the kind of shop that passionate motorcycle enthusiasts seek. He even agreed to met me on a Saturday afternoon so I could take the "long way" back. We rented 3 BMW 1250 GS motorcycles and 1 Yamaha Tracer 700 motorcycle, the motorcycles are new and maintained. The receipt of the motorcycles is fast and in addition we received a lot of tips for the trip. In the whole rental process, he answers quickly by email and WhatsApp. Highly recommend

We rented the BMW GS790 for 10 days trip in Croatia and Slovenia from Moto Franka. Almir and his team are super professional, the motorbike was in a perfect condition and came with 3 trunks, and we were also able to rent helmets, jacket and gloves. All communication with Almir from the very beginning was so easy and helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and was very responsive through the whole time. MotoFranka in one word? AMAZING! We wanted to do a day trip to Lake Bled from Zagreb - most of the other top rentals didn't respond timely on their communication channels. There was a battery issue in the Suzuki VStrom 650 I had booked so Almir readily upgraded us to the BMW GS 1200 free of charge!!! Almir was super accomodating on the rent out and return times and gave us helpful tips for our ride and a full on circuit in and around our destination. He was also SUPER responsive on WhatsApp. I had all sorts of simple questions (like where to park in Zagreb) et all, and he was very helpful at odd times! All in all a superb experience on the motorbike, and a transparent, helpful, and honest experience on renting it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and to you strangers on the Internet!

Rocker Moto were a fantastic company to rent a motorcycle from back in August. A smooth transaction, and a friendly handover. I would rate this company highly, and consider them to be trustworthy to deal with. They are able to take cash and card, they also speak English pretty well if that's something you as a tourist might be looking for. It is possible to loan a helmet and some safety gear. For anybody who is not staying in Zagreb, like me, they were able to deliver to and from Pula for a small fee - which considering the big journey to do so, is a great value for money amount. Here's a handful of images from the time I spent with this motorbike. I do have hundreds of photos and some gopro videos I will post to my @Jodexterous page or blog eventually. I was able to explore a lot of areas whilst also carrying my late fathers ashes and my partner Samuel as a pillion with ease. My favourite areas were Hum, and the east side coastline above Pula- other riders were extremely friendly in this area. Another thing to note if you're from UK where people nod at you, in Croatia they tend to stick their hand out towards you as acknowledgement when you're passing by. All in all a fantastic experience, and I would definitely rent from Rocker Moto again. Bit of a delay getting this posted as I've had some technology issues since I've visited, but we are all good now and I'm excited to share more from the rental period. Almir and Marco who run the Moto Franka, love gentleman, helpful would be an understatement. Talked me through planning a trip around Croatia and Slovenia a year before my brother's 50th. I have rented motorbikes from Zagreb 3 times over the last several years and I can’t overstate how amazing the access is to both Eastern and Western Europe from Zagreb. It is a perfect starting point - Hungary, Romania, Albania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Bosnia, the Croatian coast are all within reach. Italy, Slovenia, Switzerland, Austria, endless possibilities and amazing roads in every direction. And Almir at Moto Franka Rent - What a good dude. He’s got a high quality inventory of motorbikes, he’s easy to work with, and he treated us right! He delivered one of the motorbikes to us in old town Zagreb on our first day, and he served us cold beers at the garage when we returned from an epic adventure in the Alps. Highly highly highly recommended to anyone looking for an adventure in Europe!

This place is old school Nothing fancy but cover off all of the details to ensure a stress free holiday The motorcycle allthough not new a 2017 BMW 1200R GS was perfectly prepared for a couple wanting to explore the beauty of the Balkans Add that with having Almir the owner of Moto Franks tied to What’s App with daily and sometimes hourly updates on panoramic roads to ride while also considering the current weather conditions we were experiencing Couple that with suggestions for eating and tourist tours we should consider while in the area filled our holiday with many memories for years to come We our a mature couple from Canada and have done numerous motorcycle trips prior to this one and was prepared to do what we do on our own but Almir made our decision process much easier on a daily basis Can’t say enough about the organization. I have just finished my motorcycle trip with my girlfriend, starting in Zagreb. We rode through Slovenia and after that all way down through Croatia Coast, till Dubrovnik, and then Plitvice, and finally Zagreb where we gave back the motorbike (a GS 1250). The motorbike is amazing!…Almir and Marco from Motofranka were very professionals!..everything worked very well!…I strongly recommend the service of Motofranka if you want to have a motorcycle experience in Croatia or even in Slovenia. In addition they gave valuable tips to plan the route!

I rented a Suzuki v-strom from Rocker in Oct 2023. I had a great experience with them. They are easy to communicate with and very responsive. I had an issue with a lost bag (I left my small backpack in the Uber on the way to pickup my the bike) and they were incredible helpful the whole time. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking to rent a motorcycle to ride in the Balkans.

This is probably the most professional and client friendly moto-rent company I have ever had experience with. As the motorbike I waas looking for was not ready at the moment, Kristijan suggested taking another one, and gave me a discount for all the inconviniences (and there were none, to be honest). The motorbike was in perfect condition, if you need gear, they also have helmets, jackets , so on. Had a great time riding around Zagreb. If you are in Zagreb and are looking for a motorbike you definetly should call the guys!

Motorcycle was practically brand new and in perfect condition! When you step into Almir's garage, you will see that motorbikes are very well taken care off and everything is in its place. Great motorbike and exceptional service! Luggage holders provided as described, pickup and dropoff were very well-coordinated and flexible. Easy and responsive to contact during the rental. I really appreciated all the suggestions along the way of where to go and the connections with local fishermen, vineyards, hotels, etc. It felt like having a tour guide to ask any questions as the trip progressed. I had Yamaha tracer 9 for a few days early april 2024. The communications, the schedule, the motorbike - everything was perfect and flexible. I had the motorbike at my airbnb and return at the airport. I got pre made routes and other suggestions such as sightseeing and restaurants. I would recommend Motofranka to everyone.

Absolutely incredible company. I've hired several motorbikes in Europe, all the shops are great - but Moto Franka are truely a step above the rest. The whole process was so easy, the comms were always fast and helpful, and the prices are great. Almir is a true enthusiast, it's his operation, and he makes you feel like part of the family. The whole team are great fun and the motorbike was immaculate, and very well kitted out for traveling the Balkans - it did not miss a single beat. The riding and travel was phenomenal. We contacted Moto Franka over WhatsApp message at like 8pm after another rental agency cancelled on us the night before our rental. They were super responsive and got us a motorbike last minute to our needs. We picked up the motorbike from Denis who was very friendly and helpful and gave us useful advice how to see weather maps, good routes etc. He even accomodated us returnig the motorbike at different time than originally agreed. All an all, 5* experience, thank you for lending us Bernie!
