Excellent service and superb mechanics. I dropped off a 1971 Suzuki T 350 R, which I bought in terrible condition. The motorbike was completely disassembled, the engine and wiring harness were entirely rebuilt, and it received a complete repaint in the original color. I got my old 18-year-old motorbike back. Thank you to the whole team.

Rented a Honda NX500 for the day. Very good price, motorcycle in excellent condition. A very pleasant short ride around Lake Bourget, despite the cold. One small drawback: the automated system for picking up and returning the motorcycle isn't quite perfect yet, but this was more than compensated for by the staff's outstanding responsiveness! I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again. PS: Thanks to you, I've finally decided to take the A license upgrade course; next time it'll be the BMW F900GS! :)

This is the second time I've taken my motorcycle to the rental shop since moving back to the area, and I'm not disappointed. I have a Harley-Davidson, and I had a bad experience with another motorcycle mechanic who did a terrible job. The rental shop managed to fix everything. Their work is meticulous, and there's no need for an appointment. You leave your motorbike, they take photos from all angles, discuss the necessary work with you, and that's it. Then, as soon as your motorbike is ready, they call you to come pick it up. A big thank you for your work!

Bike was as new and in excellent condition. The other motorbikes in the pick up location were the same. Make sure you have access to data via mobile phone for pick up and return (i had a dodgy UK sim that was troublesome) - I also dropped my wallet at pick up and it was found the next day by staff (thanks Paul) who went out of his way to ensure it was safely returned. All messages etc... were promptly responded to including when I alerted staff that my wallet may have been lost at pick up. Overall a great service and great motorbikes. Looking forward to returning to France for some more riding.

Moto-Plaisir is the best motorcycle rental that we've used, and we've used many. From the start, Ambroise and company responded quickly and clearly which provided us the confidence to use them for our 10-day trip around the Alps. Other companies do not communicate with confidence, so it was an easy choice. Upon arriving, Ambroise and company were very welcoming, patient, and helpful. Ambroise was also available to answer a few questions without hesitation or delay while we were on our trip. The Harley Street Glide that we rented was in excellent shape and the rest of the fleet of motorbikes looked top-notch and well-taken care of. The shuttle service to and from the Geneva airport was excellent. Traveling from the States to Europe to rent a motorbike comes with its trepidsations as you alway hope the correct motorbike is available and in good running order. I would say with confidence that Moto-Plaisir is 100% reliable. We would without a doubt work with them again. Thanks Ambroise and company for helping us make this one epic adventure!

Hello, I can highly recommend Good Motor Agency. Communication with the people I work with is seamless; they are true motorcycle enthusiasts. I rented a MotoGuzzi V85TT for 3 days. It's a very good motorbike, comfortable, and truly engaging. The concept is very well thought out for picking up and returning the motorbike. All information was provided to us a few hours before the rental began. I'm not necessarily very digitally savvy, but I managed to complete the formalities easily using my phone. So I rented the motorbike in Lyon, and the location where the motorbike is located is a 5-minute walk from the train station—great. I'm from Lorraine, so I took the TGV via Lyon and did a 3-day road trip in the Vercors and Ardèche regions. These are magnificent roads to explore on a motorcycle. So if, like me, you want to ride somewhere other than near your home in the shortest possible time, you can rent a motorbike from GoodMotorsAgency...you won't be disappointed!!!

When I had an issue with another motorcycle rental good motors came in clutch at the last minute. They got me on a similar motorbike with less than 24 hours notice. The NON DCT Africa Twin they put me on performed flawlessly. Communication was great and when I realized I was going to be over my mileage a few whatsapp messages later we had it sorted. I will definitely use good motors again in the future.

Another agency left me hanging at the last minute and I stumbled across Good Motors in a panic. Thank goodness I did! They were fast, friendly, and very responsive. The motorbike I reserved wasn’t available, so they gave me a better motorbike at the same price. It performed admirably! Best of all, the cost was about half of what my original agency was going to charge me. I highly recommend them!

I have been renting from Good Motors for almost a year, and have tested many of their models, including the Himalayan 410, Interceptor 650, and NX500. I have never had any problems using their services: The motorcycles are always in good condition, the garage is easy to access, their team can be reached quickly by telephone, the instructions are clear, the inventory is quick and without constraints... I really like the fact that Good Motors is really looking to include a younger customer base, with lots of A2 motorbikes, and the ability to rent from 18+. Add to that a price, but then significantly cheaper than the competition, and you have the best of the best motorcycle rental! I'm honestly really happy to have access to this service as a young license who can't afford to buy a motorbike, it allows my girlfriend and me to travel! Thanks guys, thanks to you I was able to have a great vacation.

5 star service, motorcycle, and gear. I placed my reservation online and received confirmation the next morning. Rented a Yamaha Tracer 7 GT for two days, along with some gear. The motorbike was expertly maintained, the gear was new out of the box of in perfect condition, and Ambroise (owner) provided excellent routes for me to ride. The rental was easy and straightforward and the communications by phone or email from the Good Motors team made me feel like I was truly valued and a partner in this rental. The rented motorbike was in perfect condition, the procedure for picking it up and dropping it off was simple and without any problems. For my future motorcycle rentals there is only Good Motors now. I have just returned the Guzzi V85TT after spending part of the day between turns and snow in the Lyon mountains. The motorcycle taken the day before is in very good condition, the procedure by email and Web went smoothly, just perhaps an improvement would be to indicate the amount of the deposit because I only saw it when the deposit was paid. There are quite a few codes to assimilate to take possession of the motorbike but if you take your time it goes well. Don't stress if the inventory doesn't work, take the photos, reduce them and send them by email (same for the return). This is my second rental, the first was in Nantes and I find the service really good.

I had a problem with my motorbike while doing a tour of France and although they did not have time to fix it themselves in time, they gave me actionable advice on how to fix it myself, very competent. The problem was related to motorbike geometry and suspensions.

The concept of good motors agency is great, you can pick up the motorbike at any time you want, the same for the return and I find that great.
