⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and a truly personalized experience from start to finish. The motorcycle was handed over with a full tank of fuel, which was a great touch, and they even mounted a phone holder for navigation, making it easy to ride around Kuching. They also changed the helmet to an open-face (turtle) helmet upon request, which was much more comfortable and practical for riding around town. The airport pick-up was seamless - they delivered the motorbike directly to the airport, and I did not have to wait at all. Everything was smooth, convenient, and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused motorcycle rental service in Kuching. I would definitely rent from the rental shop again!

The ABSOLUTE best rental experience ever.... It's plain and simple, you come to kuching....reach to the rental shop.... Pretty much all your scooter rental companies offer the same price, the rental shop is competitive with new equipment.... But that is just the beginning, it's the instant response and sensational service behind the rental, the rental shop is rewriting customer service and dominating. The terms were easy, the deposit was straight forward and no nonsense. We agreed on everything. I told them exactly where I was and within minutes I had a scooter full of fuel two helmets and I was ready to go. On the return, just as simple, it was a Whatsapp message and they asked where I was to pick the equipment up and return the deposit.. Don't screw around with broken equipment or shoddy service or even companies that won't return your message, just message the rental shop and start your trip.

I needed private transport for Gawai Dayak on very short notice (literally next day) and duration, and with many other rental services being fully-booked or closed for the holidays, the rental shop was a lifesaver. The owner responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and even shared useful local tips on places to visit, good food spots, and routes that were suitable for tourists. They provided a clean and well-maintained scooter, and were very accommodating to my requests (returning the scooter close to midnight due to my flight schedule). For someone renting a scooter for only a day, they were very accommodating and professional, where in most other cities I would usually be rejected. I highly recommend the rental shop for rental and transport services in Kuching!

We hired a 125cc Yamaha for 9 days and were very pleased with the service and care provided. The office is on the first floor, the paperwork was fully explained before signing, in addition to this the owner came over and gave us a comprehensive list of recommendations of where to visit and eat - which was lovely and very informative. The motorbike was in good condition and ride well. It also had some nice additional features, a seat cover to stop the seat getting too hot, there is a good size hard case storage box, so was able to store the crash helmet and other small items. Waterproof clothing was even provided, as well as a phone holder. The price is very competitive for the quality of motorbike, we did see cheaper, but the motorbikes were not in such good condition. I would definitely recommend and would use again if we come back to Kuching.

I would like to share my experience with the rental shop, what can I say... just PERFECT! I have rented a scooter 125cc for two days and it was in perfect condition, really handy and easy to drive. The helmet and the scooter itself were very clean, but the best part of this company is the TEAM. Once I arrived in the office everyone was really nice and kind and it is strange to say that for a rental shop, but I felt at home ahah. I really recommend this rental shop.

I had an absolutely amazing experience renting a motorbike here! I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday (which I later learned is only a half-day), and luckily met the owner himself - such a kind, friendly, and genuinely welcoming person. Although the rental process needed to be handled by a staff member who was no longer around, the owner quickly contacted the nearest available staff to assist. While waiting, he even invited me to a nearby food stall and generously treated me to lunch - such a thoughtful gesture! The motorbike I received was in excellent condition - well-maintained, clean, and smooth to ride. It also came fully equipped with helpful accessories like a helmet, double lock, and phone holder for navigation. I even asked where I could buy a raincoat, and instead, he just kindly lent me one! The monthly rental rate was also much cheaper than other places I had visited. Warm, personal, and professional service - I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a motorbike.

Very friendly and trusted rental company, the company offers pickup and deliver service too(+charge) make it easier. Kuching especially waterfront location is hard to find a rental service company. Very helpful for my explortaion to Kuching. Very kind and helpful staff and Mr. Liu the owner. Very nice experience in Kuching due to my renting their motorbike. This definitely isn't what you take grab can compapre. Because I rented the motorbike, I can go anywhere anytime I wanted or needed. I even went to the hospital to get my MM2H checkup result by myself. Ｉwent swimming, and found an apartment to rent. And so forth. I am fully blessed on this journey to Kuching. A very unforgetable trip, with riding my motorbike here and there these days.
