Riderly‘s service is going above and beyond - I can fully recommend their service. They even reached out after the rental period to check if everything had been ok and if I have had a good time with the scooter...where do you still find that nowadays? I would give more than 5 stars if I could - thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work...

Everything was perfect! They managed to bring our motorbike in Ho Chi Minh city to let us start our trip (the main Office is in Hanoi!) The motorbike haven’t had any problem, We travelled along all Vietnam for 2.500 km. 🤩 The customer service is the best I’ve ever contacted!

Among the cheaper rental service you can find in Menorca with very satisfying services. Everything went really well, from the first steps on Riderly’s website until the end of our trip with the shuttle’s drop off at the airport. Their local partner provided a very nice welcome and an efficient service. The motorbike we rented was in great condition. Last but not least, we received a quick support when we needed it. We fully recommend, thank you!

I had a great experience using Riderly in Islamabad, Pakistan. As you can imagine, trying to get hold of a bike in Pakistan isn't always straightforward, but Riderly made the process easy. The Riderly customer service was smooth, they had great local partners and I spent some cherished days riding the hills. I look forward to using Riderly in future - maybe even when I get home to Melbourne.

They were amazing they came and picked me up at my hotel and drove me to their garage. I had rented a Royal Enfield which was brand new and they also had BMWs and KTMs that were just out from the dealership as well. I will rent again for sure.

The support team solves problems immediately and very kindly. The value for money is excellent, I looked for different suppliers and this is undoubtedly the best I've ever tried. When you deal with large rental companies you become one number among many and if you have problems you are abandoned. With riderly this danger does not exist!

Thanks Lucas.. Really impressed with the service from Riderly. As a group of four flying into Portugal from the UK. We each rented a bike each out of Lisbon and they were able to smooth the coms between us and the local rental locations, it was also no more expensive than going direct but Riderly gave us a broader selection of bikes from the various lenders.
