Very professional service, although one of my guests had an international UK licence on a government-sanctioned site, and they would not rent to him, so make sure you have the original document with you. He hired elsewhere, no issue though, but if that is the company policy, fair enough, and to be fairer, they did refund his deposit. Bike was high mileage but clean and reliable altogether a very good experience and it is near the airport.
Everything went perfectly. Only the transfer took some time... the PC didn't want to work properly.

My overall experience with renting through Riderly was very good. The only thing is, on the booking confirmation it stated an address which was confusing, there are 2 Europcars in Faro, one at the Airport and one on the street to the airport, for me it was the second one. When I went to the first one, an employee was kind enough to bring me to the other one. The scooter itself was as promised, the PCX that I booked. It already had some damages but that doesn't matter, you fill in a form before with the employee to make sure you won't have to pay after, for damages you didn't make. I had unlimited mileage. I paid with my creditcard, they held a €300 deposit and when I brought back the bike, it got refunded within 2 days! A good experience overall. The staff at Europcar was also nice to me, no problems at all.
