Denis was extraordinary, from the delivery of the scooter to its return, professional and attentive to every detail. He was very kind in handling an additional request we made. I absolutely recommend Hellenic Rentals Skopelos for scooter rentals for your vacation.

The owner is a great and helpful guy. My online reservation wasnt in the system and he solved the problem very well! The other guy working there is the opposite. I came 1 day before my official reservation and asked if i could get the scooter 1 day earlier. He said he can't find my reservation i should come back the next day. So i asked if i can just rent a scooter for 1 day then, he replied he has no scooters available (about 7 scooters standing in front of the office at 2:30pm). so i rented a scooter for 1 day next door until my reservation was activ. Then i noticed on my 2nd day, that i have a hole in my tire which resultet in a flat tire. i immidiatly slowly drove 1km back to the rental place to ask for help. He was angry at me for driving 1km with a flat tire, but told me to drive another 1.5km to the gas station to get it fixed! I refused as the tire was completly flat by then and i didnt want to ruin the scooter. So i asked him to fill up the tire with air, which he said he can't do, they dont have a air-pump. so the next door rentalservice helped out, filled the tire with air and i drove to the gas station to get it fixed. The guy refused to exchange the scooter, or help me, or be supportiv. If it wasnt for the really kind and helpful owner, i would never return to this office. so if you go, look for the tall guy, he is great!

We booked a scooter online and arrived at the rental shop, where we sat down and dropped off our luggage while waiting for our documents (driving license) to be processed. While we rested, the staff tested our scooter to make sure it was in working order. We were perplexed that the staff tried to start it about 5 times without success before it started; we feared the same would happen to us. Instead, the scooter worked GREAT, holding up even on the dirt road. The scooter had very little fuel consumption, and even though the seat latch wouldn't lock, everything else worked perfectly; we were happy with how it worked! One last thing: our bank is fairly cheap or basic, so unfortunately it took almost 30 days for it to refund our deposit. After about 15 days, we wrote to the rental shop manager, somewhat concerned, and he responded immediately—a minute after sending the email, actually—reassuring us that four transactions were recorded in their systems under our name. We then realized that the error wasn't the rental shop's, but simply our bank, which is very slow. We therefore recommend this rental shop!
