My first motorbike rental experience in KL was great. I walked in and left happy with my deposit returned. The staff were really on top with customer service and helped me navigate everything needed to get around KL, making it simple to rent for my long stay. The motorbike was perfect for getting around town. If you need more power, they definitely have options. I will 100% come back to rent a bigger motorbike for a longer adventure. Definitely recommended for reliable service in KL.

Rented a motorbike from end of Feb to early Mar 2026. Staff were very responsive on WhatsApp and friendly, helpful, and efficient in person. They dealt fairly with me, ran out of the motorbike I booked when I arrived and gave me a higher tier motorbike at no extra cost. Bike was in decent condition and worked well throughout my 8 days of rental. Thanks to the rental shop team for a good rental experience. Definitely will want to rent from them again next time I'm visiting Klang Valley!

This was actually our second time renting from the rental shop, and once again they did not disappoint! The booking process was smooth and quick, making everything easy from the start. They have a wide variety of motorbikes to choose from, so it was simple to find one that suited us perfectly. The motorbike was very reliable and ran beautifully the whole time - no issues at all. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable, making the experience fantastic value for money. The staff were super friendly and gave us useful local tips, including advice about police awareness and parking, which we appreciated as visitors. Returning the motorbike was just as easy as picking it up - completely hassle-free. Overall, incredible service, great motorbikes, affordable pricing, and excellent value. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Had a very easy and smooth motorbike rental experience. The front desk staff was very easy to speak to. As a customer, if we just follow everything mentioned in the agreement signed before rental, there won't be any issues.

It's my second time renting with the rental shop and I am so glad that I did. I was fortunate to be the first rider for a new motorbike model. From the moment I rode it, it became the best part of my trip to KL. I took extra insurance and made sure to take care of the motorbike. The prices and customer service were very good. Note that the rental desk is just beside a hotel check-in desk, so it can become crowded and messy, but the customer service is quick.
