The scooter was okay. The customer service was top notch, when problems arose we weren't left alone and mistakes were quickly corrected. Great guys!
Our scooter had no problems and the communication with the rental shop was flawless. They let us change the pickup and dropoff times twice. The only thing I didn't like was that the helmets were pretty beat up and there were no visors, which was annoying at higher speeds. Pickup from the hotel was included but the dropoff wasn't.
Was being quoted a €500 deposit with one day wait for a quad with other companies, got a quad within 30 minutes with the rental shop. Highly recommend.
