Very good communication via WhatsApp from Zain prior to our arrival in Langkawi to organise scooter rental - as other reviews have said everything is clearly communicated transparently on price and insurance coverage. The scooter was pretty much brand new and ideal for what we wanted. We had a minor issue with the phone holder breaking which was sorted quickly and professionally. Very professional and friendly service throughout - would thoroughly recommend getting your scooter and tour requirements from Zain.

Excellent scooter rental experience in Langkawi. The owner was extremely friendly, professional, and transparent from start to finish. There were no hidden costs at all, everything was clearly explained upfront. The whole process was very easy and uncomplicated, from pickup to return. Communication was great — very easy to reach and always responsive. The scooter was in very good condition and perfect for getting around the island. I can highly recommend this scooter rental and would definitely rent here again.

As general (i have booked earlier as well) Zain is always nice, helpful and has the best scooters in town! The scooter again was great and enjoyed Langkawi the best way possible! He has a 5 star rating for a reason!

A great place to rent a scooter in Langkawi, the other reviews are not lying :) First of all - very easy and hassle-free: just show your driver license, agree on the price, leave a small cash deposit and off you go on a scooter in less than 10 minutes. No funny business, no personal documents deposit and you can even pay + leave the cash deposit by card (you will then receive cash after scooter is returned) - very convenient! Second - the scooters are safe and well maintained. I rented twice, two different scooters and although these were not new machines, they were apparently serviced regularly as they both drove without any issues (I rode around 100 km on each). Third - the owner is a pleasant, nice guy. Not pushy, you can discuss your options with him and decide what you need. He also has tons of local activities and trips on offer, I inquired about some and thanks to his honest description and answers, I realized it would not be my cup of tea and skipped those in favor of just sticking with the scooter. I really appreciate he just didn't push the sale blindly and actually cared enough to tell me what to expect and let me decide what's best for me. Overall - I would definitely return to get a scooter or check about local activities with Mr. Sheikh, really no need to look elsewhere :)
