We rent two xtr , each 40 $ each via the website. Everything went smoothly. Motorbike have sometimes some little issues but if you are an advanced rider , those are not a problem (kick starting only..., hard to go from 1st to second ect...) They ask for a caution that can go from 200 to 500 $ regarding the motorbike, we returned them in perfect condition and the caution was given back automatically. Two points that we really appreciated: - As one xtr wasn't available, we were given a Himalayan that cost twice the prise of the xtr for renting instead without extra costs. - We were able to give back the motorbike at night instead of 5 pm at a given location , this allowed us to go from Medellin to guatapé and taking time over there.

Lina and Alex are amazing guides. They had knowledge of all the nice places to check out, off the beaten path. They ride smoothly at your comfort level and you'll have the time of your life. Definitely a good place to book a motorbike tour. Edit: Maria José at the desk is also very helpful, responsive, and kind! You will be taken care of from start to finish.

I rented a motorbike without a reservation. I was interested in the xre300, but it wasn't available. Maria José has great customer service skills and communication. She's bilingual, which helped me because my Spanish is at an intermediate level. She was able to accommodate me with a better motorcycle more suited for my trip, the BMWgs700. I had an epic adventure in the local mountains.

this company has been one of the best rental company I have used, majo spoke perfect english and made the whole process hassle free , I crashed the motorbike and damaged it alot and they cared more about my wellbeing then the moterbike and they only asked me to pay a small fee considering how damaged the motorbike was they also replaced it within hours and recovered the motorbike without charging me I woll rent again 100% lewis wilson from england thankyou majoo and the medellin sports rental team.

This company was very professional and organized! The booking was hassle free! The deposit was very easy as they accept any form of card including debit visas. The motorbike was well maintained and safe. Also providing a free motorcycle jacket if needed for the duration of the rental term, a cellphone holder, and a helmet! My motorbike ended up getting a flat tire and they were quick to come to my location and help without any charges! Would definitely reccomend! ***UPDATE! I was just credited a full refund of my deposit!
