I recently got my motorbike license and spent weeks trying to find the right learner motorbike and gear without blowing my budget. To be honest, most places I went to were pretty dismissive, didn't really listen and weren't willing to work with me on price or what I actually needed. As soon as I spoke to the staff member, he just got it. Took the time to understand what I was after and didn't try to push anything on me. Just a straight up, helpful conversation. I ended up getting a brand new Ninja 500, all my gear, and insurance through him, and the whole process was super easy. He even set up my quadlock mount for me. But what really stood out was after I bought the motorbike, he reached out to make sure everything was going well and even made sure I got home safe after riding the motorbike back in the rain. You don't come across that kind of service very often. If you want a no-BS experience and someone who actually cares about getting you set up properly, I'd definitely recommend the rental shop. Thanks again, really appreciate you making my first motorbike purchase such a good one. I'll be back for my first service 😉

Recently bought my first motorbike, a ninja 400 from the rental shop, the staff member was great throughout the whole process, very helpful and had great communication, kept me updated about everything and got everything done quickly, even helped organise transport to my house as I wasn't quite comfortable riding back home yet. Definitely would recommend!
