I've been riding scooters across Asia for about four years and have a license, but this was my first time riding in Bangkok. Before this, I'd only ridden in Pattaya, Phuket, and on other islands, so choosing a rental company in a big city like Bangkok was important to me. The experience here was excellent from start to finish: When I arrived, they immediately offered me water, asked what kind of motorbike I wanted, and showed me several options. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling. I took two helmets, and when one didn't fit properly, I came back and they exchanged it for free without any issues. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell during heavy rain. Thankfully I wasn't injured, but the motorbike got some scratches. They had told me from the beginning that if anything happened, they wouldn't try to overcharge me and would only charge for actual repairs. When I came back after the accident, their first reaction was to ask if I was okay. No judgment, no blaming me, no attempt to take advantage of the situation. They checked the motorbike, said the damage wasn't serious, and that was it. I also extended my rental through LINE. Since I don't have a Thai bank account, they gave me a QR code that I could simply take to 7-Eleven and pay there. Super convenient. What impressed me even more was the extension price. In many places I've rented before, extensions are charged at the expensive daily rate. Here they kept essentially the same monthly rate, which made the extension very affordable. When I returned the motorbike today, everything was just as easy. It was extremely hot outside, and they immediately gave cold water to both me and my girlfriend. The return took just a few minutes, and there were no surprise charges or attempts to keep my 3,000 THB deposit. I'm leaving a longer review because I genuinely think this place deserves the attention. They understand what good customer service actually means: fair pricing, no pressure, no hidden surprises, and treating customers like people. One of the best rental experiences I've had in Asia. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 - One of the best motorcycle rental experiences I've ever had! I rented a motorcycle and rode it all the way from Bangkok to Phuket, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The person who met me and handed over the motorbike was extremely respectful, friendly, professional, and very helpful. I brought some of my own accessories with me, and they installed everything on the motorbike for me without asking for any extra money or installation fees. During my trip, they even contacted me to ask how the trip was going and if I needed anything or any help, which I really appreciated. When it was time to return the motorbike in Phuket, they were just as helpful. They allowed me to go to a shop to remove my personal accessories before handing the motorbike back, and they even told me not to pay anything for it. The motorbike was great, communication was excellent, and the customer service was honestly 9999%. 😄 I would 100% rent from the rental shop again and recommend it to anyone looking for a motorcycle rental in Thailand, especially for a long-distance trip. Very good experience with the staff. They are very helpful and accommodating. The vehicle was reliable and reasonably priced. We rented a Toyota Yaris Ativ and, after returning it, rented another motorbike. Thank you.

Exceptional motorbike rental service. I was well taken care of and advised on which motorbike would be best for me. Everything was explained clearly, and there were multiple deposit and payment options, despite cards not being accepted. The bikes are kept in excellent condition, cleaned before rental, and generally feel like new. Very professional, I would go back and recommend the rental shop to anyone visiting Bangkok.

I had an amazing experience with the rental shop in Phuket. The service was top-notch! Even after we damaged the motorbike, they returned our passport, which was used as a deposit, and only asked us to cover the exact cost of the parts. No extra charges or hidden fees. Highly recommend them!

普吉岛最好的摩托车租赁!我在这里租了6个月的摩托车,后来又续租了2个月.我租的是本田Click 125--全新未骑过,虽然他们所有摩托车看起来和感觉都像新的一样.我对服务非常满意.每个人都非常友好热情,甚至会帮忙接送摩托车去做机油检查并送回.下次我一定还会来,但想租一辆红色PCX 😍 非常感谢 ❤️
