At first, it was a bit unusual because I'm not used to this type of rental system, but honestly, 5 stars! Everything was perfect, from the booking process to picking up and dropping off the vehicle, and even the condition of the vehicle itself. I booked on a whim for a weekend trip to the Basque Country, and everything was perfect from start to finish. A couple of minor things: - The motorcycles aren't always clearly marked at the Bordeaux station. I picked up the wrong motorcycle at first (I hadn't read the license plate). There's actually a staircase separating two groups. Nothing serious, though. - My parking card wasn't working; I had to take a ticket to get in, which was quite strange. I tried several machines, and it kept saying the card was invalid, oddly enough. - I had trouble finding a phone number or customer service contact until after I'd picked up the motorcycle. A quick reminder before the rental would be perfect in case of any issues with the bot! Otherwise, it's absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it and will definitely book again in the future. This is my third time renting in a year. I've never had any problems, either with customer service or the motorcycle itself. In the past year, I've noticed a positive evolution in the rental process, especially with the new automated system, which is very easy to use. I would rent again with great pleasure.

Hello, I wanted to give a big shout-out to the rental shop. First of all, it's a brilliant idea that I want to commend, but also for the smooth process they handled for the motorcycle rental. I rented the F. 900 GS with a stock Akrapovic exhaust. How can I even begin to describe what a gem this motorcycle is? The motorbike was in impeccable condition, and picking it up and returning it was incredibly easy and convenient - fantastic! A huge thank you for this experience, and I'll be back very soon.

I didn't know renting a motorbike could be so easy! One evening, I had a family meal and in less than an hour, I had reserved and collected the motorcycle. The service is top notch, with even advice on itineraries if you want to walk around Bordeaux. The motorcycle was in excellent condition, as was the equipment provided. I rented a motorbike from Good Motors in Biarritz for a day and had an excellent experience! The motorbike and equipment were spotless and in perfect condition, which made for a smooth and enjoyable ride. Though it's a 100% self-service setup, the team was super accessible via WhatsApp, always quick to respond and helpful. The process was seamless from start to finish, and I can't recommend them more. Very happy with the rental shop. The Vespa 125 is excellent and almost new. Their system/process of renting it is super easy and hassle free. I booked directly from their website, then you pick-up the key and the scooter from a shop, super quick! Their customer support is very helpful and can easily get in touch with via whatsapp. We enjoyed our stay so much as it's very convenient driving around with a scooter.
