Family own business who speak very good English. Good quality motorbike at a reasonable price (we got some discount because it is low season). Transparent paper work, we were even given a pre written note for the traffic police just in case we were stopped. Overall an amazing exprience. The older lady was so sweet and offered us drinks.

We had excellent experience with this company. Thomas was answering very fast, helped us with navigating the town, gave us local recommendations where to eat and where to go. Even helped us to book a bus to further journey and arranged a pick up. Thomas was very friendly and helpful. The rent was flexible so if I wanted to return sooner I would have got some money back. The motorbike was is good condition. Thomas even gave us 2 Raining jackets just in case for no extra charge.

Best rental experience in Vietnam, motorbike was in basically new condition, even had a holder for the phone. Thomas was extremely helpful, he provided all the gear and even suggested riding routes. I even got a lift back to my hotel after rental. Price was also reasonable. Don't rent anywhere else.

So glad and lucky to have discovered Thomas’ motorbike rental. The whole experience was ultra smooth. Thomas is great and very helpful. He was so kind and smart to forward us the names and location of all his recommended places around the area. No language barrier here, as he is fluent in english too. Bike was in good condition and the whole process of picking up and dropping off the motorbike was smooth and quick. Definitely coming back to him in case we travel again and recommending him too.

Perfect rental experience. The motorbike (Honda airblade 2019) was basically new and great to drive around with. Good price (rented for 2 days and was able to return the motorbike a bit later the second day at no extra cost). The motorbike also had a phone holder which was very useful. The 2 helmets were good quality and we also received a first aid kit and a rain poncho (which we didn't need, but still good to have just in case). Thank you!

Would definitely recommend Thomas and his company. My friend and I hired a 150cc scooter from him for two days to drive from Nha Trang to Da Lat. We left our big bags with him (only carrying a small bag each) and he organized for them to be transported to Da Lat, where they were waiting for us when we arrived and dropped the motorbike. The motorbike seemed very new and was really nice to ride, so much smoother and just in much better condition than most motorbikes we’ve hired out here in SE Asia. Thomas was very friendly and responded quickly to any queries I had prior to renting the motorbike. We paid 1,350,000vnd which is a lot of money but you’re getting a very good quality motorbike for that, as well as ponchos (these came in very handy), a first aid kit and some water bottles too. It’s also still a lot cheaper than other scooter hire we’ve seen for the same service. Would definitely recommend :)

Absolutely recommend hiring a motorbike from here! From my initial enquiry on WhatsApp Thomas was super attentive and was able to answer all my questions quickly. We hired a motorbike to ride one way to Da Lat. Thomas organised for a motorbike and bag transfer and was all done very efficiently and for a very reasonable price. He made sure we had everything we needed for our journey including a first aid kit, bag cover, and waterproof jackets. His customer service is brilliant and very welcoming, greeting us with bottles of water each time we met. Thomas refunded the deposit as soon as we handed the motorbike over and the process was all very smooth.

I rented a Honda XR dual sport from here for a week long motorbike trip. Thomas is extremely friendly, can provide ideas for great routes and points of interest, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my rental. The motorbike was in very good shape, much better than most I’d rented in Vietnam before. 1100km with no issues, easy to extend the rental, and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

This was the best scooter I have rented in Vietnam- very well maintained. The service was excellent, and they were flexible with the deposit (i didn't have my passport) and when I kept the motorbike for extra time they didn't even charge me. In addition the owner sent me tons of recommendations not only for Nha Trang but for my next destination as well. Great price and outstanding service!

I’d absolutely rent a motorbike from these guys again. We hired a motorbike for the day with a one way drop off to Dalat. Super professional, very good rate and sorted us with motorbike and helmets, first aid kit, as well rain coats. Included in the price you get your bags sent to Nha Trang which you pick up from a convenient central location. Highly recommend!!!

In an alley off of Dam Market across from Lovely. They are super professional, helpful and speak excellent English. Our motorbike was easy to use, well maintained, had a phone mount for navigation and we were given 2 clean helmets. Gave us recommendations and pointers for areas to visit. Great to deal with, flexible for drop off and pick up, and fair priced. Photo is the motorbike we rented. We would rent from them again!

We needed a last minute rental for a day trip to Da Lat and were set up with our motorcycles the next morning. Thomas was very professional and accomodating even offering to deliver the motorbikes to our hotel. During our trip we were able to keep in touch with Thomas through Whatsapp and he gave us recommedations on sites to visit and places to eat despite not taking his tour. Our friend alsp dropped her motorbike resulting in a few scratches which Thomas forgave whereas I am sure any other shop would have charged us. The motorbikes were all new and had no issues on a round trip from Nha Trang to Da Lat in a day (6hrs+ riding). Definitely consider renting from Thomas before looking into the bigger shops if you need a motorbike in Nha Trang. His mom is also super nice!

We rented motorbikes for 4 days that we took from Nha Trang to Da Lat and back again. In thinking about this review everything we could say about our experience with Thomas and his team ends up being described as “Great”. The motorbike. Thomas’ flexibility, communication, and attention to detail. His effort to make our trip better by taking us to the train station after hours when we were done with the motorbikes. And we can’t forget his mom who gave us cold water every time we were in the shop!

What an adventure- off the beaten track Wow ... just wow . We booked our “3 days 2 night motorbike tour “ in advance and went to the office for final details as soon we got to Nha Trang . Tino our guide offer us get real motorbike , we were much off the beaten track and it was fun and you go slow. We barely saw other tourist and Tino accommodate every wish we had. We were two guys ride with Tino , the food was amazing, the homestay is local, the scenery stunning and although there Tino speak excellent English and translate a lot when we are curious and want to know more locals people who didn’t speak English. We were happy did this and truly say best experience and “the real” viet . Thanks for everything Tino and we will be back with other ride again
