I had an amazing experience learning to ride a motorbike with my instructor in Hoi An! As a first-timer, I was a bit nervous, especially given how hectic the traffic can be in Vietnam, but his teaching style made all the difference. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to his excellent techniques, I learned quickly and felt completely confident after the lesson. The motorbike he rented to me was in great condition, and I had the best day riding around Hoi An on my own right after the lesson. I can't recommend him enough for anyone looking to learn to ride – it was worth every penny. I will definitely be back whenever I need a motorbike rental in the future! 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic motorbike rental experience! The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Communication was exceptionally friendly and incredibly fast. The motorcycle was delivered directly to our hotel and picked up afterward—free of charge! The motorbike itself was in excellent condition and made exploring effortless. What truly set this rental apart was the owner’s thoughtfulness: they provided a detailed travel guide for Hoi An and the surrounding areas, complete with pre-defined Google Maps routes, helpful tips, and valuable recommendations. It was beyond anything I’ve experienced before with a rental service. Hands down the best rental provider I’ve ever encountered! The only small downside was the helmets—they had a bit of an odor and could use a good wash. Apart from that, absolutely flawless! Highly recommended!

Amazing service and very safe bikes! We took the electric motorbike and was suffice to get to my son and back. They then swapped it free of charge for a motorbike with full battery! 100km range Also can’t get don’t by police as it’s electric (under 50cc) Thanks again. Highly recommended.

Absolute professionals, great prices and the scooter was great. The best way to travel and move around is certainly the scooter. Store also provides routes for google maps to explore rural areas and the attractions if you don't want to hire a tour. Certainly the best surprise of my holiday, actually recommend by the Hotel. We’ve rented scooters all over Asia, but HoiAn Bike Rental was by far the best experience. The motorbike was in perfect condition, helmets were new and safe, and they even provided raincoats. What really set them apart was their friendly support and detailed travel guidance, including a Google Maps itinerary with the best places to visit and scenic routes. On top of that, they helped us with other matters unrelated to the scooter, showing true dedication to customer service. Absolutely fantastic!

Highly recommend this motorcycle rental place! We rented for 5 days, no issues with the motorcycle. Hoi an is a great area to rent a motorcycle or scooter, the roads aren’t busy and there is plenty to explore. Be mindful a lot of the roads are closed off in old town between 4-10pm, so if you’re planning to rent a motorcycle, you’re probably better off staying outside of old town.

They are a really professional motorbike rental company. Communication was excellent and they really tried to set me up with a motorbike at short notice. The motorbike was in great condition and the price was the cheapest I’d found. They dropped it off at my accommodation, no paperwork was required, and it had a full tank of fuel. They also emailed me heaps of information about the area and gave me several different routes I could ride

The best service and great value for money. Communication over WhatsApp was great, the motorbike was dropped off at our hotel, it was in great condition and they provided good quality ponchos which we needed with the weather and helmets with a face covering. They were super flexible with the pickup when we requested to change the pickup time at the last minute. They also shared a great list of places to visit and tips for parking etc which was really useful. Give these guys your business!

I used long-term motorbike rental, probably the best motorbike rental experience in my entire time in Southeast Asia. I rented many motorbikes in different countries and cities, but this place left only positive experience. Excellent motorbike, good helmet, first aid kit in the trunk. Very pleasant communication. It was the best scooter rental we ever booked. Uncomplicated, super friendly and a good price. They deliver and pick the motorbike up from wherever you want and you can rent it as long as you want and pay in the end. Also they send you really nice information about Hoi An and some places. Best place to go to rent a reliable motorcycle. We drove with two on one motorbike from HCMC to Hoi An. The motorbike was in perfect condition and we experienced no problems at all with the motorbike or our luggage on the motorbike. You can hire full equipment in the shop, so packed with extra tubes we were well prepared. Along the road the Google maps support layer of the shop, provided the best route and much more information you may need on a road trip. We had a great time and 'survived Vietnam Traffic'. Perfect and Professional experience. The Air Blade scooter was delivered to our hotel door exactly on time. It was in near perfect condition with only 4,000kms on the speedo. It arrives with a full tank of fuel, which is a bonus... We were shown the motorbikes operating functions, and also the phone holders and rain coverings. It has full 24/7 support if needed. Then it was collected from our hotel exactly when they said it would be. I would recommend this company to all. 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to rent a motorbike from this location during our trip, and our overall experience was excellent. The motorbike was in great condition, regularly serviced, and ran smoothly without any issues. Moreover, the rental fee was quite reasonable, making it affordable for many travelers. I was particularly impressed by the owner’s enthusiasm and helpfulness. Whenever we needed assistance or had questions, they provided detailed and friendly support. Although the shop is tucked away in a small alley, it’s conveniently located in the city center, which made it easy to find and saved us a lot of travel time. They also offer tour services, though we didn’t have a chance to experience them this time. However, we definitely plan to try those tours on our next visit to create even more memorable experiences.

No1 rental company for motorbikes. I've used them for the last 3 years and always very happy with the service and quality of scooters. Where ever I'm staying in Hoi a they deliver the scooter then pick it up at the end of my holiday. All the staff are lovely and a joy to deal with.

We initially rented a motorbike for one day but ended up extending it for another day because the owner was so friendly and professional. His English was excellent, making communication seamless, and his knowledge of the Hoi An area was impressive. He recommended great routes for exploring the area and even pointed us to nearby gas stations. The motorbike was in great condition, and his service made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. Full recommendation. I rented a scooter for three days. Their fuel policy is literally 'we don't care', so you do not have to bring it back with a full tank or not even as full as it was when you got it. Deposit and payment via debit card and got the deposit back in cash. Everything went smoothly. And I will rent from them in Hanoi again.

We brought our motorbikes here for service while riding from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. The staff were relaxed and friendly, and they even did the service faster than usual after we told them we were only staying in Hoi An for half a day before heading back to Da Nang to surf. We were told that normally you get a replacement motorbike while yours is being serviced, but unfortunately, all of them were currently booked, so they couldn’t offer us one. When I said, “Come on, we’ll take anything, just give us something,” the staff member laughed and took us to the back of the shop, where they gave us some small Suzuki motorbikes with British-style shifting. It was super funny and a lot of fun to ride a different little motorbike for a change. When we came back after around 3–4 hours, the service on our motorbikes was done, and we could hit the road again.

These guys are the best motorbike hire company in Vietnam. They organised Hue > Hoi An and Hoi An > Da Nang. The motorbikes and helmets were of great quality and very safe. The motorbike I had in Hoi An was a very new model and easily the best motorbike I rode in my entire time here. They were incredibly understanding when I had any questions or issues come up, and were always responsive on WhatsApp and turned up in just a few minutes. Their level of service is simply amazing. What’s more, they’re just awesome guys and really generous and kind. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. You will not find a better service.

Wonderful service from these guys! Our motorbike was perfect for what we needed and in great condition. The pick up and drop of service is super convenient, we got the motorbike with a full tank and we were also sent an email from them with lots of recommendations, unique routes to drive, helpful things like parking info and much more. Without this email I don’t believe we would have had such an amazing experience driving around and seeing such beautiful places. We would highly recommend them and the price was also fantastic (no deposit required)

Highly recommend this shop. Rented a semi automatic motorbike with them and everything from start to end was very comfortable. They brought the motorbike to my hostel and picked it up at the end. The motorbike was new(just 500km) and with full fuel. The respond on whatsapp was very fast.
