The overall experience was good. After booking the motor at the website though I did not get any email/message from the rental shop. It worried me a littlebit. The night before my flight to Spain I wrote them an email to ask where I had to pick up the bike. They answered me I would get a Whatsapp the day of arrival. When I arrived at the airport, I got a message indeed. I had to do several 'digital' steps before pick up: send photos of my ID, bankcard, drivers licence,... Pay the guarantee and rental price. I had to do this at the airport in Spain and on my phone. I also got a Google Maps location where the bike was parked. It seemed to be at the airport (luckily! I didn't know before). I found it and let the rental shop know I was there. Then they guided me through the rest of the process by Whatsapp (code lock, take photos of the bike). Fairly easy and fast. After that I could start my trip. The bike was ok clean. The chain was lubricated! There were 2 helmets in the case. Overall good experience.
Great location by the airport and responsive staff. There was a slight issue with the provided scooter, but this was immediately solved and I was upgraded to another one without any fuss. Great customer service! If I ever were to return to Alicante, I would definitely make use of the rental shop again! Having the mobility to get around really does make a difference on a trip like this.
Felt the need to write this after booking my motorbike through Riderly and being told it would be the rental shop I was dealing with in Alicante. I was concerned about the poor reviews, as most of you reading this will be. I arrived to the motorbike parked at the airport, the contact with the rental shop was good, but this is a contact-less motorbike hire company. The only form of contact I had was via whatsapp messages. That being said, the motorbike was there as I had booked it. Luckily it had a working phone holder bolted to the bars, and the correct helmet size was in the free issue storage box on the back of the motorbike. Luckily it had an XL in there because not sure how I would have been able to get a replacement if I was S or M. There was a spare pillion helmet in there too which was good. The Brixton R motorbike I rented was as described and in good condition. It was very dusty however, would have been nice to collect a clean motorbike. Used the motorbike for 4 days without issue. Got back and reversed the pick up process via whatsapp. Keys are stored in a key safe hidden on the motorbike which is removed when riding and kept in the storage box. Im 6'2" and would recommend the Brixton 550 as a well priced all rounder. It rode very well. Deposit was returned as stated, 10 days after drop off. I used a credit card to pay for this for added security, but had no issues at all. I would use the rental shop again without a doubt. The bad reviews seem to come for other depots in Ibiza and Barcelona FYI Hope this helps others!
Everything went very well, the motorbike was new and ran wonderfully. The service was very professional and friendly. Everything was easy. I will definitely rent again.
Rented a motorbike with these guys for a couple days and theyve been brilliant. Very straight forward process both collecting and returning the motorbike. Highly recommend.
Best price guaranteed.
