We rented 2 motorbikes from the rental shop, a super friendly man, gave us a trustworthy feeling right away!!! We rented them for 1 day and were able to pick them up the evening before without any extra charges, so we could leave early the next morning. Unfortunately, one motorbike broke down halfway through due to battery problems. When we called the rental shop, he came to us with a mechanic and replacement transport. Afterwards, we received €30 back for the waiting time and the inconvenience. Once again, we received excellent service, definitely recommended!!

Professional, friendly and appropriately priced. I hired a Tracer 700 (first time riding around Tenerife, been walking in the North every spring for years). The super friendly guy was right... when he said riding it is different. The motorbike was in great condition, never skipped a beat and the tyres were spot on. I saw a review whine about the 3000 Euro excess. Come on mate, think about it. Perfectly reasonable and you have the option to mitigate it. I had a fantastic 5 days of fun biking. The roads, the scenery, the unexpected finds. I can't wait to do it again, and bring mates. I have no hesitation in recommending the rental shop. Now I have another "itch I'll need to scratch" every year (btw the banana museum at Icod is also a must)

Great service from the rental shop team. The reserved motorbike stood ready to go upon arrival. Got some great tips where to go and cruised all around Tenerife with a big smile. Absolutely outstanding experience with the rental shop in Puerto de la Cruz! From the very first contact, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. The advice I received was top-notch, and the prices were completely fair and transparent. The motorcycles were in excellent condition - powerful, clean, and perfectly maintained. What really made the difference was that they created a custom route based on my personal wishes and riding style. The tour turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life! I arranged here for my father a motorcycle and super community 10/10 prices are such depending on what motorcycle you borrow communication via whatsapp super because of my stupidity they saved my day to the motorcycle gets clothes and helmet. The rental shop was so very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Very accommodating and informative of the local area. They gave us a fun trip to go and explore and see amazing places. We thoroughly enjoyed our time hiring (Peppy) moped to allow us to see beautiful parts of the Island. The hiring is a good price. Could not fault the service at all. Very equipped, a very friendly person. Highly recommend if you want a ride for a good price.

It's definitely the place to go to rent a moto here. Super friendly service, they will give you a great route to spend your day riding some amazing roads to see amazing places. I rented their FZ6, and damn that's a fun motorbike. It's definitely had some miles put on it. However, it was in great condition to ride, and I'm a rookie rider as well, yet I felt so comfortable on it, spent a good 7 hours out and about on it exploring such amazing places. It's well priced considering, and I got to take my motorbike the afternoon before, which meant I had more time to learn it before going for my big ride the following day. Thank you very much. We rented a scooter today and it was just perfect. The guy literally saved us the day with his suggestion, because it was too cloudy to see anything from the Teide's peak. It's nice too meet someone who doesn't want to scam you but really cares about you having a good experience. Great day!

Right well, initially I was a little reluctant to rent a motorcycle as on a previous holiday in Crete, the rental co attempted to stitch me up claiming I had caused a scratch which was already on the motorbike. Only upon showing some footage recorded of the motorbikes condition before leaving their yard, did I avoid his scam. Now White Stars in Puerto de la Cruz: My initial impression was very good, they were friendly, helpful and got me a good deal on a naked Yamaha 600. The motorbike was excellent, got me around the island, and powered all 20 stone of me🙈 up the mountain roads with ease. I hired it for 2 days & rode almost 300km on it. The chap from White Stars gave me a choice of helmet types (I opted for open front) & sorted me with gloves. Upon returning the motorbike, there were no issues or attempted scams like had previously happened with me in Greece. Just friendly and efficient as with before & 💯% trustworthy. So my overall experience is excellent, and yes can thouroughly recommend White Stars for all your motorcycle or scooter rental needs. Thank you guys - will be back to rent of yous on next holiday in Tenerife.

Great renting experience. In 15 min I choosed the motorbike and completed the procedures and in the next day picked up the motorbike and went for ride. No deposit was needed. Also I got a great impression about the owner. I liked his customer-oriented attitude. He gave me a map of Tenerife and showed a nice route for one-day ride.

A top address (Playa Jardin + La Paz, in Puerto de la Cruz) for scooter and motorcycle rental (accessories suburb), and of course car rental. Of course, you can buy all imaginable tickets in advance in both branches (advantage: no long waiting times at the main box offices there). Very nice and professional staff are available for advice on a perfect exploration of the island of Tenerife in all the most important languages: D - GB - ES - ITA - FRA. Tip: with car rentals but with Tickert you should reserve in advance to avoid any disappointment. The guided motorbike tours, the jet ski safari and the 5-hour Shogun boat trip including whale are highly recommended. & Dolphin experience, the 1-day sailing trip and of course the main speakers Loro and Siam Park, best (discount) as a twin ticket. Many thanks to the White Stars Moto Rent Tenerife team! The booking went smoothly and with very fast response times in advance. Two helmets were included in the rental price, and motorcycle jackets could be rented at a low price. Communication in German was possible. The motorcycle (Honda NC 750 X) was in perfect technical condition (tires, brakes, chain, etc.) and very suitable for the winding roads of this beautiful island. The return was also quick, pleasant and uncomplicated. Unfortunately we suffered a parking damage from outside influences. The handling of this was also super fast and very fair. The renting process was very quick. No credit card, bo deposit. The motorbike, Kawa Vulcan was in good condition and ran smooth. They even gave me a phone holder for no extra charge which was very handy.

We are a couple. We rented the Kawasaki J300 scooter for a week and we were 100% right with our decision since the island has a lot of unevenness with very steep slopes and it perfectly met our expectations to be able to visit all the points of interest. I would recommend renting motorcycles with a cylinder capacity of more than 200CC to be able to visit places such as the Anaga Natural Park or the Teide Park since it is short of power with 2 passengers. The treatment from the White Star guys has been very good. We will have them again in future visits. Thank you very much and continue growing with the business.

Without a doubt, it was a great success to have placed our trust in them. Jhonathan helped us a lot to prepare and organize our trip and provided us with all the necessary information as well as contacting different companies to close our excursions. As for the motorcycle, we could not be happier, a success in terms of comfort, consumption and response. Another aspect to take into account was the ease of finding parking, which with a car was more than complicated. They recommended this place to us in the hotel to rent a motorcycle, and in the end due to time we decided to rent a car. The treatment by Christian when recommending places and what to do, was exceptional !!! As we already knew the island, he told us about places that are not usually visited the first time you go to Tenerife. And that's what we did, it didn't disappoint us at all ... in the end we were only going to rent the car for a couple of days maximum ... and we ended up with the car for 4 days ... But because we and also wanted to more than economic price of the rent. A pity not to have been able to rent the motorcycle ... but we will leave it for another occasion without a doubt !!! For us it was a site of 10 !!! Thanks Christian for everything !!!
