True customer service is seen in the time of distress. And the man who runs the rental shop has shown why they are the best for renting motorcycles. I rented a scooter from the rental shop to go to Tomar. On the way back, I had locked the bike's key in the trunk by mistake. I was an hour away from Nazare. It was 8PM and the rental shop was closed. But when I called, he acted immediately. He got the extra key and drove for an hour to give me the key. He helped me get the key from the trunk and made sure I was okay before he drove back again. What an incredible person. I hope this never happens to you. But if something does happen, you can rely on the rental shop. Will definitely rent from the rental shop again when in Nazare.

We rented a scooter for a whole month for a great deal, including two helmets and a surf board rack. The owner we spoke with was very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp whenever we had questions. The scooter made getting around so much easier so we could grocery shop at the bigger and cheaper grocery stores as well as check out different waves around Baleal, Ferrel, and Peniche. The 50cc scooter didn't have a ton of power for two people going up a hill, but I honestly prefered the 50cc because it felt safer and easier to manage than a faster scooter - just don't plan to go too far from home. Also, the scooter was very upright when parked with the kickstand, so we had to be strategic with where and how we parked so it wouldn't get blown over by the wind or bumped over by someone, but that was fine once we got the hang of it. Overall definitely recommend and we'd rent again. The scooter was such a fun way to get around and the shop owner was lovely.

10/10 experience, if you need a scooter while around the area would definitely recomed. Very helpful with all/any questions I had, friendly and very responsive over WhatsApp. Scooter came with a full tank of gas and they are very affordable. I’m not usually a big reviewer but they really do deserve a good review. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We walked in on the day of hire and got a scooter straight away. We did a trip to Fátima and petrol was only about 5 euros plus the 35 euros for hire - so cheap! Very comfortable motorbike too. Highly recommended.

You understand that’s a great experience when motorcycle has a phone holder, two helmets - for you and a passenger - storage for a luggage and unlimited km - all included in a base price, which is reasonable btw. Host is super friendly and it was easy to rent just by showing up in the store Very much recommended!

I rented a sym orbit 3 125cc, the scooter was in good conditon and fun to ride. I paid 35€ for 24 hours with unlimited km which i think is a great price. The overall experience was really easy and fast👍
